Football Fantasy Draft

Surely current. Else you could pick Rivaldo or Roberto Carlos and Adriano.

If you have players like Totti or Del Piero however you can't really stop people of thinking about them at their best since they're still playing top level football even though they're getting on a bit.

Yes only eleven players with the option of winner taking one player from the losing team.
 
Bit hard to do current form as you don't know how long the draft will go on for.

I was thinking the form of past two years collectively into consideration. For eg- Fernando Torres won't be a crap choice at all.

I was also thinking of players who aren't playing the top 3 leagues of Europe(Italy, Spain and England) but I guess there won't be too many players.

It's got to be either outside the top 3 league OR older than Ronaldo, doing both just makes things overly complicated.

Also, the Bundesliga is ahead of Serie A.
 
Agree with cal on both points
I think older than ronaldo would be fun
Form on the last two years (recent memory for most) should be fair
 
why not all leagues except premier league and La liga.

Serie A and Bundesliga are major leagues but firmly behind England and Spain.

what about just second and lower division of any country
 
thats just too easy Rood. i love the idea of no internationals , that would be challenging, anyone?

thats a downside but picking the likes of rooney and xavi in fantasy drafts was done millions of times. it wont appeal to people cause they seen and done it. U-23 draft was fun cause it wasnt that easy, you got to look for players and you learn about some unknown players.

* There are 16 members participating in this competition.
* The aim of the game is to select a team of 11 players born before the 5th Feb

* When posting your selection, please post a picture of the player. You must also include an explanation of why you picked this player.
