Erm. Brazil, pls.

Get in, put £20 on England -0.5 for £135 (cashed out for 130). Literally only put it on because I was losing the will to live watching the game and wanted some interest towards the end  glad to see others winning from that as well. Going to put a small amount on BTTS at HT in the Bolivia game if it's 0-0, hopefully be around 2/1.

Anyone else shit their pants when B365 just gave Bolivia a goal by mistake?

The opposite  I'd just got on BTTS at 12/5 then clicked back on the tab and it flashed up with goal, although to be fair I saw straight away it also had '0-0 Half-Time Score' so presumed it was an error/disallowed.

I think I'm not going to touch South American qualifiers tonight. Basically all those teams playing still have the chance to qualify, even Paraguay and Ecuador who are quite a bit behind could get fifth place and subsequent playoff against Syria or Australia. I think Argentina are going to struggle and Chile are definitely going to find it very hard to break down Ecuador. On paper Argentina, Chile and Colombia should win comfortably but it's never that easy.

Hockey season as started! Gone for Wild and Rangers and paired this with Argentina and Chile @4.06

Gone for a Chile/Argentina double @1.62

Colombia should also win, but Paraguay can be a tough nut to crack.

Bloody bastard...Aussie, now Argie...what a painful day...should stick to Scotland and Poland...fecckkkk

FFS I thought I had a 4 fold on but I forgot that on Betfair you need to click again to confirm it. I was so used to Bet365 where once you click "place bet" it's done that I didn't even realise.

It was over 1.5 goals in the England, Germany, and Scotland games and over 2.5 goals in the Norway match at odds of around 2.5 and two of those have already come in :(

Lucky you!

Very tempted by Turkey tonight. I would prefer it if Iceland win but it's very tough to play in Turkey, they badly need a win to still have a chance of qualifying and they have actually been fairly decent in these qualifiers. At 1.95 it's a very good price but I will probably foolishly skip it like I went with Norway -2.5 instead of -3.5 or even -4.5 as my gut feeling was telling me last night. :(

I really need to better understand these .5 handicaps as there seems to be some extra value in it but I fear the unknown! I'll have a look later.

For now, £10 on The CSKA Sofia friendly under 3.5 goals. Added in a £5 B365 bonus so net returns are £18.57. Will be playing it safe today and trying to rebuild the pot. Bit of a bizarre game as CSKA went from 1/3 to 1/5 for no reason, no red card or anything, opponents went to 10/1 then went 0-1 up a second later!

Turkey @-0.25...before that Madura United @-0.25 away to Semen Padang in Indonesia League.

After my huge luck yesterday I think I can stick a 100 PLN on something slightly more risky:

Moldova +2.5
Albania +3.5
Croatia -1.5
Kosovo/Ukraine BTTS
Turkey
Israel
Italy -2.5
Austria or draw

100 PLN could return 6548 PLN.

Kosovo/Ukraine BTTS is great value IMO. Kosovo scored against Iceland and Turkey who are at Ukraine's level and conceded in all their games against top teams from their group too.

Wales amd Georgia under 2.5 , ireland moldova under 3.5 double. Not expecting much action in these two games.

I went for:

Spain -2
Italy -2
Ireland -1
Croatia -1
Turkey -1

@ 20/1

First time dabbling in the handicap market. Usually do fairly well in goal scorer market.

It sucks that Bet365 doesn't offer parlay bonuses when you win in football.... they do for NHL, NBA and the rest of the north american sports.

Three games to keep an eye-on in-play for BTTS: Fortuna Sittard v NEC, FC Oss v Go Ahead Eagles, Almere City v MVV. None are worth backing at present odds but hopefully a few shots + no early goal then I'll jump on.

Edit: And a FHG for Ajax Reserves v FC Utrecht (...and the bastards just scored as soon as I put this so no chance to get on at reasonable odds, hopefully more luck in the others)

Edit 2: Nope, three early goals in four of the games I was eyeing
