Basically the team stars down -1.5 goals and for us to win we have to win by 2 goals.
Though, in this particular bet...

When it offers 2 handicaps like that, half if it goes on -1 and the other half on -1.5. If they win by only 1 you get half your stake back. If you win by 2 you win the entire bet.
