Hold L1, nudge the right analogue stick the way you’re running, then nudge it the way you want to go, all in a quick motion.
Edit: thats the wrong one, thats the one where they’re running down the wing and turn they’re back on you and flick up the ball to cross or shoot.
The one you want is still holding L1, slow your sprint to a jog and hold up (or down) on the right analogue stick depending which way you want to shift the ball. If you’re running from left to right, then holding L1 and nudging up on the right stick will do it. You kind of have to wait for it to happen, like you’re anticipating something so you do it a second in advance. Its not like swirling the stick gets them doing all sorts, you have to hold the stick up a split second longer. Practice in squad battles. Its fun and effective when you get used to it.
The new one i learnt last night was fake shotting a cross whilst holding L1 does that weird sprinting and shielding/dummying a cross manoeuvre.
