I am apparently the only person in the world glad they added Van Dijk. He was the only non special card in my team, and I think his normal card is a beast so it was a no brainer for me

I’ve always found people on reddit etc. look down on SBCs for some reason, think it’s a way of making people who were conflicted about doing them feel better about giving them a miss.
Some are extremely worthwhile if you use the players all the time. I did Koulibaly and he’s been great, only cost me about 40k.
Yeah I generally like doing SBC's and getting these untradeable players as it'll force me to use them at least a bit, or change it up at times and makes things more interesting. Also fun to try and fit a lot of players in an untradeable team.
So many of the special United kits tonight. Biggest club in the world.
I have done it too, love Van Dijk in game and real life. Bakambu would have been nice too though

Guess I could just use Messi as part of the 2nd team, and have a mainly United fancy card first team. At the outrage on the fifa subreddit for a 3rd United Futmas player and replacing the one Liverpool player that was supposed to be in with a United one. Probably still ibra to come.When are the prices likely to plummet? I just reluctantly sold van basten and have 750k, will either try out another legend, build a team around messi or buy the best possible Bundesliga squad.
I might be able to afford the new Neymar card and play him off-chem instead of Alessandrini's inform. The problem is, composure, finishing, dribbling and ball control aside, they're not really that different. Certainly not a million coins different. The stats on that Alessandrini card are just fecking mental. The lunatic at EA who's responsible for making the TOTW cards must have been coked out of his mind when he typed them in.
Can someone clarify what I need to do for the "Scoring for Fun" weekly objective. It says score 10 goals in online single matches this week. I took that to mean the FUT single player seasons but after a 1-0 win it still says I haven't scored a goal yet. I then tried online seasons and after beating someone 11-0 (they were terrible) it still says I haven't scored a goal yet. Is it talking about just regular seasons? I assumed all the weekly objectives would be to do with FUT only.
Go to the online tab and then select the thing that says "Friendly Seasons". Flick the right stick right or left and you'll get the Online Single Match option. It puts you up against a random opponent and doesn't count towards anything other than your record.
They plummeted about a week ago, only going to go back up now.
So I’ve literally only played offline games since release and thought I’d give qualification for WL a go. Qualified after 3 attempts pretty happy with that!

Played some fut champs qualifiers after not playing online in a while, also to try out Lingard and Herrera and the teams I made online... Won my first 2 games, then the third I game I played 3 times, dominated every time, would pick up a lead then throw it away to a long range shot and the second it went in the game would kick me out and just gave me the choice to replay it. Until the 4th time I went to play and it disconnected me right away and gave me the loss. Frustrating..
On the players, Lingard is great to use, feels very nimble good dribbling, good passing and a great shot on him.

Ibra got a FUTMAS card now, only costs around 130k to do. Not too bad, but then again, was never crazy about Ibra on Fifa's. And he doesn't fit in that much. But still a maybe I guess. 85 rated squad, 1 IF or fut champs player.

To be fair though, Ibra's normal card is only 45k or so despite being rated 89. Nainggolan is 180k normal and 410k for his in form. I'd expect and SBC to be around the same.

One of Nainggolan/Bonaventura will be replaced. They both have an IF already. Nainggolan will be min 86 squad with 2 or 3 IFs. I expect 87 with 1 or 2 IFs, he will cost much more than Ibra.
I did both Zlatan and Meunier. There is value there. Ibra as super sub with Hunter is absolutely worth it for me. He is a beast physically
Played a guy in the DKT and he nearly beat me using only the Albanian national team. When I was 2-1 up he brought on Costa and a couple of good players but man was it a tougher game than it should have been. Won 3-2 after extra time.

Anytime I play someone whose first 11 is non-rare Ajax, Feyenoord, Albania or Serbia I know I’m getting slapped regardless.

Yeah, I'd guess its probably good players who have already qualified having a go with those teams just because they can. Guy seemed quite frustrated over the headset that he wasn't destroying me.
