Yeah, some of the prime icons aren't released, and it'll probably be even longer before they release platinum cards. I hope to get him before fifa 19.

I feel like they need to explain how the skill points work, its crazy that you could win a game and your skill rating can drop (not that its relevant to a g1/e3 player like me, but it would be nice to have transparancy over everything in game)

Yeah, my trio of midgets just didn't cut it in the WL, you need the target man to shield the ball and play them in. Plus someone who's actually good at finishing.
I just need to learn to sit on my team and coins and not chop and change. Love playing with them and know if i change ill change back after 1 weekend. Just need some good in forms to come out of serie a and the premier league/la liga that are usable. Currently the only semi realistic upgrades that seem worth making in my 2 teams are dybala for gomez, if isco for asensio, then pogba for n'zonzi. Pogba I'll hopefully be able to get after the next WL rewards, but im now debating on getting dybala and if isco with the coins instead and improve both teams.
If you do get Dybala, are you playing his CAM or Striker? Also if you do get him, let me know what he’s like. I’m saving for him atm.
Similar here. I was playing 4321 with Martial and Dembele flanking Griezmann. Was having trouble holding it up so switched to 4231 with Pogba in CAM and hes a tank.
Just holding LT to shield and spam L1 until someone makes a decent run. Ended up winning 27 games after struggling for a while.
Question for people. Is there a best time to open WL rewards?
Also, if youre not looking for players to add to your team, would it be best to just keep the packs?
My investment in Kane looks pretty good atm. Will happily sell now I got that untradeable Jesus
I'd probably keep the packs this week as the totw is pretty crap. Next week there should be some decent ones in there with all the leagues resuming.
I packed him in the first week and used him for a few games but sold to get a better all around team. Was quality but not worth being a 1 man team. Would definitely be CAM though in a 4312. Mertens and belotti up top.
Not sure what benefit you get from not opening the packs? Not selling whats inside right away, sure, but the odds of getting a good totw is small anyway and there are still some good options like lewa, eriksen, matuidi, goretzka, messi or salah. I know for myelf theres no way I'd be holding on to packs hoping for a good totw when I probably wont get a totw anyway.

I just bought 10 Willem players for 200-300 each about 25 minutes ago
84, 85, 86 and 87 squad. And a CF icon. And a juve squad, italy squad and sydney squad which is alredy overpriced because of the marquee matchups. Its insane for an untradable pack. Just play the icon card who is a few ratings below thag you can actually trade.
Oh actually there's no time limit on these SBC. So you can build up to it overtime I suppose.

Not sure how I feel about the forever sbc. Means prices will stay really high for a long time. I guess with more ways to make coins they wanted to try to do that but still.
I found Lingard to be ok. Got me a few goals and has enough pace to get by most FB. Cheap and 1 of our boys.
