The market was just way down because of TOTY and is back up now with it being done. Pretty sure there won't be any significant crash from here on in until TOTS starts coming. Just slow gradual drops.

Decided to qualify for the WL again this week, hopefully this time it actually works. Or maybe I should hope it doesn't to keep me from the stress. Either way, I just want to give myself a little boost in coins before the OTW cards come out so I can hopefully try and get Sanchez. Can see him costing well over 1mil to start though because of the hype, even Lukaku was fecking over 1mil in October and now he's 440k

Shouldn't be that much more.. Coutinho's Barca card is only 3k more then his Liverpool card. Obviously will be like 150k for the first few days but it'll go down pretty quickly IMO. Probably only about 10k more then his Arsenal card. Little things like getting his United card over Arsenal card are probably worth it for me, especially if I move away from an almost full United team (another reason to get his United card) to only a few players, then he'd have a full link with any United players I keep.

Yeah he should be pretty broken. Though I don't think he'll be a one man team as he doesn't play in attack and people will be extremely eager to close him down at all times. But still, it's fecking 90 Gullit. Enjoy him man.

Just switched to IF Perin and my god he’s good. He’s definitely better than regular De Gea. I’m even playing him on 7 chem, but he’s unreal. I switched from Fährmann to him and the difference is huge.
There’s a guy on Youtube who reviews basically every goalkeeper, and he said that Perin was notably better on glove than any other chemistry style so make sure to use him on glove if anyone here want to try him out. (He got a 9.5/10 in that review fwiw)

Switching to a 41212 in-game. Market has gone up enormously though, don’t know if I should wait it out to try save some coins or just go and buy the players now (Bale has gone up like 75k from 10 days ago iirc) now for weekend league.
Probably will work on LCM and Striker position next in the EPL team (Jesus will play where Martial is temporarily :

He is bot that great. Tried him on glove too for around 20 games, was good but not as good as De Gea. He is good on 1 vs 1 and pulls off some nice saves, but he doesnt save much from middle range and finesse shots. But GKs are different sometimes for different people, i had VDS and he was average for me. Played 2 times against him recently and he was a world beater. Got a rating of 9.5 and 9.2 and saved so many good shots
I'm convinced there's no logic with how keepers perform. I loved Perin early on, bought him again a couple weeks ago and he was dog shit. Swear he'd shrunk a couple inches too.
Played against Donnarumma and Begovic before and they both just refused to be beaten. Tried them out myself and they were solid enough but prone to huge errors. I think all keepers are much of a muchness. They all have the same weak spots.

Yeah, i try to find a very good keeper for me for decent money and stick with him, hoping he doesnt become shit over time. Udually he does at some point, rinse repeat
I think there are a few that are definitely better even though their stats are average, Ederson, Perin and Fahrman are all top notch imo. Particularly Fahrman for me.
Then you have the mid range like of IF Handanovic, Mandana, Lloris etc that you would think would improve but I don’t think they’re at all worth it, many seem worse.
Of the upper bracket I’ve only used De Gea and Neuer, I do think they are better than your Perins and Fahrmans across a whack of games but when you compare that to the price difference it’s negligible.

I think Fahrmann is the best I’ve used. He makes lots of one on one saves that keepers without the foot save trait don’t get near.
IMO Once you get to about 82 rating the only things that make a considerable difference are height and the foot save trait.
I had Schmeichel for ages and the only time he seemed to play well was when I was getting dominated.

I strongly advice people to play around with chemistry styles for goalkeepers. They do make a huge difference. One style might work for me but not for someone else. If a goalie doesn't perform the way he should then try and switch chem style.
2-0 so far in the weekend league. First game was against a cheapish standard 41212 PL side with all the broken players. I literally hit the post 7 or 8 times during the match. Won 3-2 with a late goal from CR7. It was a proper struggle but I was so happy to win that.
In the second game I came up against a team with no less that 9 icons, TOTY Bonucci and SCB Meunier (lol). He was somehow shit haha. I won 6-1. Can't believe these people who aren't pros but have teams like that. He could sell his account and buy a car ffs. Either he's had beyond extreme pack luck or he has spent shit tonnes of money. Or both, yeah probably both.

So hard to look past those Vidal/Radja triangles.
I just reluctantly swapped out the Italian right hand side for FUTMAS Herrera, Baily and Tony V to free up funds with Ander being unreadable and I’d say just a little worse than Radja.
Also it allows for the future inclusion of Uniteds second ever Chilean player.

I packed 88 Ferdinand a few months ago, his price is back up to 750+k after dipping to around 640k during TOTY. Think it's worth selling as I only play sb and he seems to get outpaced and is poor in the air more often than not?
Yeah I found him slow as shit (a mate has him). Manolas has the same pace but catches everyone.
I thought he'd have more about him pace wise but he's shocking at chasing back. 750k does sound good and would allow me to make some nice new additions with money spare.
