YES!!!!!! Came up against a guy who had one of the best teams possible with players like IF Martial, Vieira and Gullit. Knew straight away that this was a top top player. And I fecking won. 2-1, had 37% possession hahah. fecking hell that was a challenge. Deserved win though, he did have the ball but didn't really break through my defense.

I lost a close game to a pro called Lukasinho a couple of months back. Was gutted because I fluffed a few one on ones. But his ball retention was ridiculous.

Remember that ONLY informs/special cards in your club, should the player warrant it, gets upgraded. 78 Rojo won't become 83 Rojo, his new card will just replace his old one in packs.
There's rumors it might be different this year and they do everything but you're probably right.
I did prepare a bunch of the rojo's to sell in case it did, but I think I'm gonna sell them all while I still get 100 coins on each. Better then losing 400 on each which will happen if just a new card is released
Or just read that it's the same as usual. Apparently Rojo's not getting an upgrade either? Isn't on the list. Herrera is up to 83 though and Valencia 82. Rashford to 77 as well

Kante OTW up to 85!
Bought an IF Valencia the second I saw he went up to 84 at 70k, let's see how much he'll go up. Think Mane is at 400k already for his OTW and it was 360k a few hours ago. Valencia is only a RM card and not a right back, so he might not go up too much, but still. Should get a bit back!

Was trying to pick up some of the upgraded cards in packs and the France badge with cm came up. Was just praying for that beautiful United badge and boom out steps Pogba!

My tactics have gone to shit. Lost a few really close games, but the 7-2 start is now 11-7. Hoping to face someone to absolutely batter me and drop my elo massively so i can get a few wins on a run again. Gold 1 is possible but not feeling as confident as i was, need 14 wins from 22 games (not too bad when i say it that way)
Ibrahimovic and a load of others got a MOTM card. Shame pace is so important because it looks class.
That Ibra's card should be an easy 1.5-2m though?

Finished today with 10-0. Best start yet. Helps not coming across super teams from the start although one or two did sub in Ronaldo rather early. Last game was an absolute lag fest/input delay atrocity, almost lost a 3-0 lead because of it so called it a night.
Got a blue MOTM card earlier and was convinced it would be Ibra... goalie from the Mexican league I think. I quick sold him as I would have lost coin with the 5% on his transfer fee.
Played a few games tonight and I can't. Believe how good Kante is now. His 85 OTW card is even quicker and his tackling is insane, he's gobbling up everything. The best bit though is that his passing and shooting feels like like a proper midifielders card. I think I'd get rid of Son and Lukaku before Kante.

Think i might sell one of the Mane's if it gets to 450k and then hopefully buy an OTW Dembele before he gets his upgrade if he falls below 250k. Going to do a sif Miki, auba, otw dembele front 3 and then back up 3 being martial, if gray and then someone like willian or IF mane on the right.
You like IF Gray? I found him absolutely horrible. His finishing is so weak.

It's absolutely insane isn't it? I've been following @Macern'a advice and leaving the CPU control the defenders and only really using Kante in defence and he is absolutely broken. He caught up with and outmuscled SBC Lacazette about 6 times in one match.
8-2 so far. Lost one on penalties which was a load of shit. Guessed two of his penalties correctly but they both trickle under my keepers arms.

I would love to get my hands on that Kante, I have the regular version and he's immense so I can only imagine how great his 85 card is.
