I need 20 wins for elite monthly. With my brilliant PL/Serie A teams, that would be pretty straightforward since I average 23-25 wins.

With this though, I can't see me getting 20.
 
I am new to this weekend league stuff, do you mean to say you have to use a certain league team each time?

Oh good i might be able to offload some of mine at a premium. I could afford all sorts if i actually sold my players, im on over a thousand.

Going with IF Ben Yedder, IF Aspas (CAM) and IF Sansone as my front three for next weekend.

Had Sansone and Aspas and got Ben Yedder for 40k.

Probably pack out the rest from the Bundesliga.

It's a bit of a joke to be honest. Doing this absolute kills the market. Lost about 200k on my team.
Actually just noticed Pogba down to 400k. Cost me 500k. Absolute nonsense.

I picked up 86 Stones for RB and De Bruyne for CAM for less than 160k. Ridiculous really.
 
I've made straight jumps up the divisions now with a record of 41-1-2 and feel pretty ready for the no-req Weekend League that's coming up. It's been a slow crawl due to dividing time between real life, Pro Clubs and regular H2H and co-op seasons, but I reckon I'm good for a good run. Gold 1 or 2 is the target, at least.

Got a new Serie A team with the Argentinian triple threat of TIF Icardi, SIF Gomez and pre-upgrade Dybala leading the line. They're all absolute beasts, but that Gomez card just takes the piss. 8 goals and 12 assists in 8 games. He's unstoppable. Creamed a guy 8-0 in divisions (only division 4, but whatever) with Gomez racking up three goals and three assists. Keeper didn't even react to his shots.



Yeah, my finishing isn't exactly defined by its rich variation, but it works.

Also, shout out to @Eddy_JukeZ for his tips on custom tactics. I switched to his 41212-2 set-up with slight variations on the custom tactics sliders fairly early on in my FUT career and have only lost one game in Seasons since.
 
That SBC Suarez card is immense. Been practicing for this weekend and he's bagged 26 goals in 25 games. Ok over paid for him but who cares when he's banging in the goals.

Yeah I've currently got him on the bench as I don't know if I want to move over to a hybrid.

I've got SIF N'Zonzi as a reward so can't be sold and with Modric and James as my other 2 midfielders it would mean getting rid of 1 of them in order to add Sanches and then a couple of Bundesliga defenders.
 
Corners are so bloody stupid in this. If De Gea punched the ball straight back out to the corner taker in real life like he does in Fifa, I'd drive him to Madrid myself.
 
I'm back at the 'forgot how to play' stage of fifa. Nothing is working, i cant attack, i cant defend. Just frustrating currently. Need a few days off now i think
 
Held onto my IF Falcao in the hope he performs tonight. So far so good.

I need 24 to hit elite monthly. Chances of that happening with the Mrs off all weekend and me in are minimal.

Been playing ultimate team since 2009. Albeit the last 2 years not so much fifa in general.

I still firmly believe there is some kind of lag exploit. Far too often does the game become really Laggy whenever I'm attacking, or becomes unplayable as soon as you go 1 down. Just feking stupid.

Not to mention it just randomly disconnects if I take the lead

Will be down to your internet rather than the game.

I have it happen once every 30 games or so.

Yep, there's also the situation where if the ball is up in the air and is clearly falling for what should be an easy catch for the keeper - if the attacker(s) are close to the goalkeeper then he will without fail punch it out for a corner instead of making the catch.

Can do that in clubs, but it's not guaranteed you come up against a team with the same amount of human players.
 
I've only just started playing again this year, building a budget BPL team and hull players have been smashing it for me :lol:

N'Diaye, Niasse, Mbokani, Hernandez and especially Markovic is fantastic! does he have an IF card? love playing with him so far.

I know you can definitely do it with 3 as me and some friends do it regularly
 
Sold my 2 Mane's at 390k each, bought Mkhi's left wing in form and then 2 OTW Dembele's at 269k each, as well as KDB at 110k. His price should shoot up this weekend with the bundesliga WL as well as his upgrade that's definitely going to come. De Bruyne is usually like 150k so I'd expect him to shoot up a bit too at the next open WL.

Edit: Apparently Mkhitaryan is getting an 88 rated MOTM card for the fa cup game and it's a CAM version, so I might sell the one I just bought since it'll probably drop. Though I'm not sure at how much it'll drop since it's a really good left wing card anyway for 190k.
