Are you in the team? Or did you join the other one?
I think it was felt that it made sense to only have a single Club. You can have up to 50 players, and if you have 20 people online at any one time, then you can play 2 simultaneous games that both count towards your overall Club score.
I think this would work better than having 2 seperate clubs as it would mean there would be 10 players online more often.
But if people do not want to merge them, then I guess we'll setup 2 diff clubs.
I don't mind merging, I'll update the first page. People have been pm'ing me about merging but I never got round to it.

odds of winning with such a large team doesn't seem all that good. The game seems geared towards individual skill finally.

If theres 20 of us online, 2 teams can play a game each.
If you mean join 2 clubs at the same time, I don't think so.

If i can remember correctly; at least 2 players need to be present in order for the team to play a match. So it could end up being 10 v 2 occasionally, which wouldn't be a fair contest as they have the CPU helping them get into the right positions for scoring and defending.

Solius you need to set a time that is best convenient for everyone/most people to play. Late evening at about 10:30 is good for me.
Also i think we should base our team on skill and not on what people want to be, if we really want to go far. I heard there is going to be ranking system for online teams.

We should decide on timings as well for weekdays and weekends. Also availability of players as to what time suit them, As we have 20 players, i gues everyone has got different availability. some might be free in the morning, some in the evening. some on weekends.
i have just got my copy of Fifa 09. rock on boys. I am ecstatic and cant wait to play as United.

As for positions, I think there is no harm in people choosing where they play - although everyone needs to accept that they may be required to play out of position on occasions.
The news that all the players will be ranked similarly (depending on position) means that there shouldn't be any disputes over which individual each person plays as, which is good.

i am not sure if you guys know but there is going to world cup mode in online play
i can create the club, if you guys want.But the player who created the club will become the manager by default.Also there is online stats for each created club. There are few clubs already in there.
I am really excited, shooting has been fixed, atleast i think, the ref does not play advantage sometime, commentary is pretty much spot on. Also i still havent scored through fk.

Also there are trophies to collet in 10 vs 10 mode.
Makes no difference the teams with the fewest human players will rule by default. AI doesn't make mistakes.

remember: we made AI, not the other way. Doesn't matter if we loose, atleast we tried. Better be a looser than a lousy, lazy looser.

I have figured out a way.
Everyone gets rotated every match. So the first 11 in, will select whatever position they want, then we will rotate from there on.
We have to try to set up a practice session with the first 11 players online and then go from there.
But lets just meet on 11;30. first for the practice then we will decide, what position and what formations.
