Somewhat coming along...stats don't seem to be increasing too much...Guess ill just have to wait until im 30 and hit my goalkeeper peak

My highlight is that my player has played once in the league for Chelsea, got sent off and subsequently fined
But fortunately, my player isnt happy to sit in the reserves, he is unhappy and wants to break into the first team - good show of ambition!
Need some damn first team football before I stagnate too much.

£3k a week, a few goals and appearances, lots of goals for the reserves. Not bad. Should be starting more games next year. Also pleased that his complete lack of pace isn't hindering him too much... yet.
Still disappointed he declared for England over Wales though

Looking at the shortlist it does seem like quite a few of us are struggling to get proper gametime - at least im not alone.

Yeah he's ended up having about an extra season or so at Worcester because of joining River in December. Means he's plays every game though!

I actually wonder how feasible this is. Presumably it means that Messi basically has about 60 starts but simply never finishes most of those games because of red cards or being taken off for his own good.
After all, he has 50-odd games in which he wasn't sent-off - 30 fouls per game is impossible if you play the full 90 minutes.
@Flying Fox, are the youth league simulated? I presume that gives more accurate results.
