DOL knew what was expected of him only too well Davo and it's a shame you don't remember what his words were on the day he got sacked....."I can except the reasons I got sacked".

The reason was that his contract said it was expected that Leeds were in the CL...he failed!

What was expected was that he keep his mouth shut! Something that Risdale could learn himself.
If you genuinely believe that DOL went because he didn't get into the CL, you are fooling no-one but yourself. As I said before, it must have been clear, even to the board that Leeds weren't in the CL as soon as the season was over. So why wasn't he sacked then. Does it not strike you as odd that he got the sack after the speculation about Rio started? Or was that coincidence.

That's a bit of nasty, wasn't Bowyer found not guilty?

They're not still using evidence to convict people are they? How outdated, they should just go on hearsay.
Besides I couldn't give two stuffs about Bowyer, it was in connection to something else.

obviously a man with plenty of experience of criminolgy and the legal systems of the world - an expert, even, one might say - join up w/ OJ's defence team, willya? some of them are getting on a bit

I know this thread has been guided onto Bowyer - and frankly who gives a fook whether he goes or not - but I'm just home after a weekend on Le Razz and couldnt wait to get on here and read about the celebration of capturing Red Rio - I'm over the moon (Brian), its fantastic news.

30m a lot of candy, but I'm glad it didnt end up at the press driven 35m mark. We've got our man, and here's to ten more years of glory

:D :D :D :D

Cant wait to see him in the new strip.

What number will he get? Five?? :)

Laughing at your own posts is very lame, by the way.
Even more so when they're not even remotely funny.
