Fact:
Bowyer (however innocent he was proved in 2 trials) drags Leeds and the fans and everyone involved through the mud for 2 years.
Bowyer's legal fees are paid by Leeds.
Leeds fans back 'Bowyer for England' through the trials.
Bowyer is found innocent and says he will sign contract as the fans have been great support.
Ridsdale says in all honesty that considering he has been in trouble with the law twice and various problems plus the refusing to pay club fines that Woodgate paid (even though they were both guilty of breaking club rules by drinking no matter who was found innocent!) that he would reconsider signing a player like Bowyer in the future.
Bowyer, despite the 2 years of financial and emotional support spits the dummy and after 6 months of stringing the club and fans along refuses to sign a new contract.
Yep Bowyer has not screwed Leeds at all. It's not his fault at all.

Fair comment Elmo, but bearing in mind the investment that Leeds put into Bowyer, should Risdale have kept his mouth shut! It seems to me that with one remark, honest or not, he has binned all the money and hard work that went into rehabilitating him.
