Tiger Woods. I'm not bothered about the nonsense that comes with him. His achievements have been utterly outstanding. A genuine pleasure to have grown up watching this guy play the game.

Was on a plane with that Toews guy the other day. Mate was buzzing. I had no idea until he told me he was some ice hockey player that had signed some monster $8 million yearly contract about three days before.

Yep, and while I recognize very few people care about hockey (that's why we're the best at it), regardless of the money, he is probably the best hockey player in the world right now, and you were breathing the same recirculated air as him, so congrats

Hate basketball, but Duncan is an athlete I can't help but respect

Works hard, is dedicated, but doesn't seem to take himself, or his status, too seriously. Him and Pop, old school

Exactly. He's a refreshing change of pace from modern athletes. Also purely as a basketball player, the best center by far since Hakeem Olajuwon. :D

I forgot about my main man Stephen Fleming. A great batsman and brilliant captain, the Black Caps were never as good as when they were led by Fleming.
