BB week.

Waiting for news on Schar.

Also, I'm a fool who has Alvarez at the moment. Waiting for early team news, but considering something like:

Schar, De Bruyne, Alvarez >>> Livramento, Gordon, Haaland

It's a bit of a cowardly move because my mini-league rival is 20pts behind and has Haaland and Gordon...

Why would you take a hit on Gusto when he's just returned? He will probably play one and get minutes in the other.

Honestly no. City are miles ahead for clean sheet odds and you're covered with their best defender. Arsenal, Everton and Palace have all got as good a chance as a cleanie in one than the rest of the doublers have in two.

Important to not mix up covardly with smart/sensible. I’d even go with Burn over Livra to secure minutes.

I would do Munoz to Porro/Romero/VdVen depending on your bankroll. Spurs have Burnley at home this week (+City) and SHU in 38. Can't imagine Munoz with the away game this week and Villa fighting for top 4 next week keeping a clean for the rest of the season despite Palace's good form.

There’s a doubt re Bruno, whilst Maguire and Van Heck are both out. I have two free transfers and about 0.5 in the bank…

Any suggestions?

Yeah do 1. Should easily be up on that deal unless Doughty goes mental. People that pick Ederson enjoy a lunch of bottled water, ready salted crisps and a ham and cheese sandwich on white bread with no butter.

Unfortunately don't have the money for Burn. Only got 4.5 left for the DEF spot when brining in Gordon and Haaland.

If there is news about Schar likely starting, I could maybe sell White or Saliba instead - but then I can't get Burn because I have Schar, Gordon and Isak already. Not sure there are any other double defenders I fancy significantly more than the Arsenal two (tripled on Newcastle and Chelsea). Could maybe just afford White > Gvardiol.

Then I guess Livra is a shout, unless there is confirmation Tripps is back.
 
Assuming Gusto should be fine to play as he came on late in their last fixture? Currently have 0 United players and 0 Brighton players. Topped up on Toon (3), City (3), Spurs (2), Chelsea (2) and have 2 free transfers. Will definitely play BB this week but who do I bring in, in attack: Jacskon, Hojlund or Pedro and as a defender or GK: Verbruggen, Onana or Dalot/Dunk? Tempted to maybe go for a hit (-4) but not too keen on any other Spurs/United/Brighton assets.

Schar apparently confirmed out of the double (I think I have to reluctantly trust Howe) but Tripper potentially being involved is really tricky for my transfer.

If I also want to do KdB+Alvarez > Gordon+Haaland, I can only afford a 4.5 replacement for Schar. It was going to be Livramento but now...

Anyone got any suggestions? Is Hall more likely than Livramento? I'm tripled on Chelsea. Can't afford a City. Don't fancy Man Utd and Brighton...

Truer words haven't been said. Since the last international break is been red arrow after red arrow for me and most of it is because I dropped all my rules and started:

- chasing differentials
- chasing doubles
- last minute transfers
- bringing in Maddison that cnut

You'd imagine it's their usual trying to mislead.
But would be good to know as i'd probably ship him for Gordon for -4 otherwise.
 
This is why I leave my transfers last minute this season and with team value having no impact anymore (I've sold Salah), especially so.

Maybe a Spurs defender… maybe for an Arsenal one given United are going to thump them…
