Could anyone please tell me if the auto sub works for the goalies as well? I had Areola starting and he didn't play, Onana with 10 points is on the bench and hasn't been subbed on?

Absolute state of these jammy filthy casuals.

After struggling with keeper sections all season, finally this weekend both Chelsea and West Ham kept a clean sheet. Of course I had Sanchez and Areola.

Finally a little green arrow.

Team for GW18:

Dubravka (Johnstone)
Tripps, Porro, Colwill (Zinch, Myko)
Salah, Son, Saka, Palmer, Gordon
Watkins (C), Darwin/Solanke

Who do I bench between Darwin and Solanke?

The team looks good enough now that I will save my WC to GW20.

My potential transfer this week is Darwin to Solanke or roll, but I hate to still have that feeling that Darwin can get something vs the Arsenal high line despite getting 0 goals, 2 assists and 3 yellow cards while owning him in the last 7 GWs where he started 6 times. Most probably I am going to bin him and get rid of this liability. In your case, just bench him.

Same. Cannot make it up!
Decision now is Dubs meaning a Newcaste triple up or the Chelsea stand in keeper.

He's been a disastrous pick for me. 1 assist in 4 games for a league leading team!
Like you say it wouldn't have been wise to lose him for United but it gets to a point where you can't keep him forever in case he eventually arses on into the net.

However that said I've got no keeper again so have to deal with that.
Will ditch Darwin when Haaland is back. Ideally that'll be a few weeks time when Salah or Son need to go.

Extra annoying as it's a quiet time at work so I could whip a nice update email up for my work league.

I wonder what they do if a decision hasn't been made by Thursday.

1) Wipe all the points from that game and do autosubs.
2) Award points and blank the replayed game when it happens.
3) Award points and award extra points from the replayed game when it happens.

Not sure what they're waiting for as there have already been paper headlines saying the game will be replayed.
There was never any chance of a big time league like the Prem allowing the result to stand, and they were never going to exactly play 30mins!

And what is the problem anyway? Game is canceled. So no points for any player now and when they will play replay, those players will have double week. They are making fuss over nothing.

I agree. But then I am a non Solanke owner.

But jokes aside the game was null, so how can it possibly count for anything.

Because if FPL can find a way to feck me over they will, like they did when I captained Solly March last season.

Fully expecting them to award the points and the points from an extra game but yeah really it's a null fixture and should be a future dgw which we can all enjoy :)

In other news I'm starting to think this Haaland injury might be worse than Pep is letting on. 8 days until Everton and not sure he makes it.

I have Solanke but since the bonus won't count, Colwill gives me the same points. They need to make a decision by tomorrow evening

If he's got anything even close to a stress fracture he'll be out months surely.

I do believe Pep when he says it hasn't actually broken... yet but my guess is that it's on the cusp of it and that's why they are giving him as long as possible to rest up.

Would certainly be interesting if Haaland, Salah and Son were all out the game at the same time though.

Please tell me Gordon did not go off injured...

Yep. Limped off. Ffs. If he's out that changes my transfer plans. Probably look at Leon Bailey.

Hopefully it's just an impact injury though from that awful Caicedo tackle. Not helped because Howe has been overplaying him either.

Sold Gordon a week early it seems but Colwill might also be a doubt now. I was expecting his game time to be reduced now that his competition has recovered, so this might accelerate things further...

I was looking pretty but now both my bench defenders are injured and Arsenal are playing at Anfield....

Waiting to see whether FPL pushes the Bou game with GW18 making it a double GW for Bou... Along with Solanke, Adbayo would be worth a look.

I have Gordon, but if we does not play GW18, Semedo comes against Chelsea or Taylor(Burnley) against Fulham at Home. I would want to bring in Solanke or Adebayo to counter that

Can't see them putting it in 18. Bournemouth play on Saturday and then again 3 days later on Tuesday in GW19. Would have to be in the new year realistically.

Dubravka's clean sheet in this game week was my first keeper clean sheet of the season :)

Guehi > Porro done.

Keeping an eye on the Gordon news, might take a hit for Palmer or Richarlison. This latest uncertainty with Haaland is a ballache.

Team for the weekend at the moment:

Dubravka
Tsimikas Porro Lascelles Konsa
Gordon Sterling Salah Saka Bowen
Watkins (c)

Turner Archer Branthwaite Haaland

I have Gabriel or Tsimi first sub as of now so just keep Gordon for now.

On the topic which one to start between Gabriel and Tsimi? Currently have Tsimi in as he attacks and it could be a low scoring game.

Got both and gone the opposite. Worried that Gomez might start this one as Tsimi and Trent could be a bit dangerous against Saka and Martinelli. If I stick with Gordon then Tsimi might well be my transfer out so I don't have to play either.

Lineup tonight will be a clear indication. If Tsimi starts he's a clear risk.

Gordon always has a knock but always ends up playing and returning, wouldn't worry about him for now.

Will Livramento play in the league? Got a feeling Dan Burn might come into the team but perhaps at the expense of Lascelles or Botman rather than at LB?

Tsimi to who?

If I'm keeping the Haaland money needs to be someone £4.7m or less. Was thinking a Villa defender (Konsa) or that Tosin dude from Fulham who have a decent run. I guess I should consider Chelsea as well but I'm wary of Chelsea both for shitness and rotation.

Will wait and see if Gordon is pictured in training tomorrow though. Not adverse to moving on from him as Newcastle have Liverpool (A), City (H), Villa (A) in a row coming up which is about as bad as it gets.

Richarlison in good form at home against his old club. I've taken the plunge but fully expecting him to let me down.
