Fantasy Premier League 23/24

I have 5 unavailable players in Maguire, Taylor, Trippier, Mbuemo and Haaland who are injured or suspended for this week. I need advice on who I take out and for who and is it worth taking a hit.

I have 1 free transfer and feck all in the bank. :lol:

:lol: it's actually the complete opposite. I already did my transfers last week before he got injured.

Was sick of the sight of Martinelli stinking it up in my team while Watkins was raking in the points. Had just enough money to do Martinelli and Archer to Watkins and McAtee.
 
Torn on Alvarez vs Darwin. Don't wanna be stuck with Alvarez-Haaland when Haaland gets back, but he has a tasty fixture this GW without Haaland.

Wow that is a mess!

Mbeumo must go. Richarlison in? Plenty of other options - Gordon, Docuoure, Ward-Prowse, Mitoma, Gross, McGinn etc. as alternatives.

I'd probably look to offload one of Taylor or Maguire too. Get 11 players out there. Maguire brings you more money.

For who? I like Arsenal, Liverpool, Newcastle, and Villa defenders the next few weeks. Lascelles? Konsa? Lascelles is the cheaper of the 2 so it gives you a bit more money to spend in future weeks. If you're only going to use him as backup when others are available then the cheaper one makes more sense anyway.

The Haaland situation is a killer for you, but I think I'd have to just hold for now.

Bloody hell, next week you've no Alvarez either! 5-4-1 or 4-5-1 it will have to be if not taking another hit. McAtee or Taylor out next week for whoever you can afford? For McAtee it's only really Enzo that looks anything like good if you went Mbeumo and Maguire > Richarlison and Lascelles. He's not really much of an upgrade either points-wise so far this season. Richarlison does look like a potential steal though, and his potential upside looks so high although he is the costliest of your potentials to replace Mbeumo. Could go for Gordon so that you have more cash to play with next week, fantastic season so far.

Yea, its an absolute mess. Feck it, I just did what you've suggested. Mbuemo and Maguire to Richarlison and Lascelles. Will deal with the rest of the mess next gameweek. :lol:

Edit : Actually no, will punt on Tarkowski or Senesi. No way thats going to go wrong. :lol:

Think I'll get Haaland out for Solanke and bring Haaland back in either on my WC or when he's back fit.

Thinking to get Son in the team for a -4 but unsure who to bring him in for. Current team is:

Pickford
Lockyer, Livramento, Saliba
Palmer, Martinelli, Salah, Kudus, Saka
Watkins, Solanke​

Subs: Leno, Archer, Tsimikas, Anderson

£8.1m in the bank, should I take a hit to make a transfer or keep as is? Midfield options have decent fixtures so the Son transfer feels a bit risky for a -4. Porro for Lockyer might be worth an upgrade? Any other suggestions?

Gross as first change.

Cunha is in great form and seemingly going under the radar.
 
Used my Wildcard this week to transfer out Haaland, Bruno Fernandes, JWP, and Andre Onana and transfer in Alvarez, Son, Bowen, and Pickford.

I couldnt decide whether to captain Alvarez (Haaland is out injured) or Son but ive gone with Son.

No Salah? Liverpool at home to us in this state should be obvious choice no?
 
Laat minute transfer and a -4.

Son and Solanke in, Gordon and Haaland out.
 
Total missed the deadline. Too much going on. Can't even remember my lineup.
 
Not watching but feel as though I made a rash decision taking a -4 hit to bring in Son.

Same but my thinking is that they've got decent fixtures and next week I need to bring in Watkins, so might as well get the most use of him.

Separate from FPL, I think he's had a very good game in holding the ball and dribbling through the Forest defence but just no G/A
