Fantasy Premier League 22/23

Over 300,000 transferred out Rashford, and now they may miss a double.

I don’t understand the 25% thing when he was “doubtful” for the last game.

I think I want Bruno and will sacrifice Gakpo for him, but it means bringing in Enciso/Alvarez and dropping a Newcastle forward against Leicester (although Enciso against Southampton is equally as enticing and it’s 50/50 on Newcastle forward)

Alternative is to go Gakpo/Mings to Shaw/Gundogan and gamble on which Newcastle forward starts? Forget Bruno (whose stats are crazy good)

He was "very" doubtful wasn't he? It wasn't any sort of nip and tuck.
Very was doing a lot of work, and pretty clear it was more a "definitely" out job.

Seemed like a “doubtful, more than doubtful” for that game. But doubt always means there is a chance, so if it’s a knock, another week is a massive amount of time for must win games.

Rashy is back on training so time for transfers. Bye Gakpo, hello Bruno.

Salah or Taa in one game or Enciso in two?

Seriously my bus team is

DDG
Shaw TAA Estu
Rashy Mac Mitoma Salah Grealish
Haaland Wilson

with Raya, Isak, Trippier and Gabriel all on the bench. Should I roll as well?
It feels sensible to roll if Bruno or Antony are unattainable... But I'm a sucker for a double hahaha

I was thinking it’s a bit boring to roll a transfer, considering we’ve got a double and there’s only one week left, but then was looking at your team and it’s a bit of a struggle to see an upgrade.

@Samid (I think) advised me to do Grealish to Mahrez last week and it worked well. You might have some decisions to make depending on the outcome of the City game tonight.

Yeah that's fair. Grealish is a bit shit as an fpl pick. Was bright in for minutes guarantee but he's not very "explosive" as they say.

That said I'm still £0.1m off both Gundo and Mahrez anyway. Realistically all I can do is bring in a City defender or Alvarez.

The more I think about it the more I think rolling could be the play for the final day.

I can straight swap Grealish to either gundo or Mahrez .. worth it?

Alternatively can do Watkins to Alvarez or Martial...

Grealish to Mahrez 2 weeks went well. Anyone who had the foresight to bring Gundo in is either an amazing player or lucky as hell!

I'm worried about Stones. Surely he doesn't start the league double. But I can't use my 1 freebie to muck about with him.

Even Grealish to Mahrez now .. not sure if it's worth it. You just never know with Pep. He might play Mahrez next game and then Grealish the following two to get "rhythm" as he says. I might just leave Grealish in.

I'm actually thinking a United defender or Martial/Alvarez. The latter would be ideal but Isak has Leicester and we all know how shit they've been...

Get Martial in mate.
We can live the highs and hopefully not lows together over a double.

I might have to go Isak over a doubler. The risk of Isak booting such a crap team at home is too scary.

I still think Alvarez is the most likely candidate to rest de Bruyne and Haaland. That has the potential to be huge against a shite Chelsea and an exhausted Brighton.

If he gets one game replacing each of them, he could be well worth a hit, especially if it enables a Bruno with his underlying numbers.

And I'm the guy that when he went in the house didn't see any ghosts and think's you are all crazy.

Anyway just seen some stuff online about KDB having some personal issues which might explain his reduced game time. Too risky for me now in the DGW. Keeping Salah. Considering Alvarez in for Isak or Wilson.

Would it be a good idea to bring in Lindelof for Trippier?

Or Alvarez for Watkins and bench Isak?

I doubt Pep is going to rotate more than normal until it’s won. I expect he can rotate the whole 11 and beat Chelsea, but I don’t think he would risk it with the tough Brighton game just after.

Not to mention he has no real reason to rotate. They have week gaps between the final Premier League game and cup finals.

I was so happy to see Alvarez start the last 2 games as I thought I finally have Pep roulette work for me only for him to blank in both games.

Me, @Moby and @ShinjiNinja26 will be waiting for ya all. :wenger:

Mate he's not making up 100 points now. Relax.
I know. Still, he has Trippier, Mitoma, Joelington, Wilson (c), Gilmour to play this week against mine Pope, Estu, Trippier, Mitoma, Isak (C) - hoping for a 0-0 draw tonight.

He also has TC chip left but hoping he does not catch me. My strategy is to have as many players similar to him. One more guys is 103 points behind me and we have 11 players similar out of the 15 :p

I think I will take a hit and do:
Isak-->Alvarez
Foden-->Bruno

Would leave me with the following team:
Kepa
TAA Akanji Shaw Estu
Salah Bruno Mitoma Rash
Haaland Alvarez

bench: Raya, Mac, Trippier, Solanke

My ML is a real hitchcock...I'm second now, 5 points behind the leader. Third place is only 2 points behind myself...

They both captained Wilson, I've Sir Captain Isak...so if Wilson isn't in the squad today I will be over the moon:devil:

If Wilson gets injured again it is so typical him

Owners have still won unless Isak scores 2, but make me feel a bit better for not picking that troll.

Do not like that hit. I think KDB starts one game and probably Haaland both so Alvarez get one game and Foden one game.

Why bench Mac Allister as well . I think Mac Allister is better than all City mids unless they play twice which is not certain for anyone.

I would do Kepa to De Gea and play Mac Allister.
