Fantasy Premier League 22/23

134 on bench boost, but with -8. Shaw injury so annoying.

I took 2 hits.

Haaland to Havertz which worked so badly. When Havertz scored I thought it had worked, but then they ruled out that goal.

Then Dier to Shaw. Dier actually outscored him.

I thought I at least get the points back from the hits, but no I lost 3 points from the hits and Shaw is injured so need another hit to replace him and Haaland is fit again so need to get him back.

I rage transferred Maddison out for grealish already. I'm top of my most important mini league but am rapidly being caught. Feels like I've made nothing but bad calls these last weeks (keeping haaland and not getting Watkins, bringing Bruno in etc) while she's made nothing but good ones. It's infuriating.

I do love a good rage transfer. Really satisfying just to bin some prick midweek, set your team and log out until the next gameweek. Very cathartic.

 exactly. Until Grealish trips over a nitrous oxide canister in his living room today and breaks his ankle...

I think I'm doing Maddison to Harrison and Toney to Haaland this week.

Madders has pissed me of and is one booking away from suspension. Bet the fecker will be suspended in BGW32. Can't risk that as I have used all my chips and this transfer to Harrison give me the option to go Toney->Haaland.

Sounds like the Shaw injury isn't too bad so that's a hold for me.

If Maddison is ok as well he can play the Bournemouth fixture and then jog on next week.

Toney > Haaland it is then.

As it stands, I'll be able to field a full team for GW32 without taking any hits, so GW34 looks like the best time for me to use a free hit.

This is one week where there are some big decisions to make and I know I'm gonna make them wrong. First is cappa choice...got it on Marcus at the mo but if haaland plays he could go mental vs saints. I like the look of Kane against Brighton too (though less so).I think I'd Haaland looks like starting I may go with him. Second choice is who to bench out of toney and martinelli. Decisions decisions.

Martinelli up against Trent.....

No way I am captaining a United player this GW.

When was the last time a captain hauled in the opening early fixture ?

I noticed the RedCafe Cup has started too.

I'm gonna do Captain Watkins.

Time for big balls play.
Love a slightly left field cappa gamble, though he's been on fire recently. Good luck!

Argh this is a good point. We are the 1230 aren't we? Hmm...maybe a Haaland caps it is.

Kepa
Trips Zinchenko Chillwell
Saka Rash Mitoma Madison
Havertz Halaand Watkins

Raya, martinelli, botman, mee on the bench.

Torn on martinelli at Liverpool or Maddison at Bournemouth.

Fancy havertz for the lamps bounce before I sack him off next week.

Don't think botman (double Newcastle def) or mee (playing Newcastle) are better picks than Zinchenko vs Liverpool.

Cap on Halaand.

Thoughts!? Martinelli or Maddison!

I came here to ask the same question.

I have the same midfield as you and have Maddison on the bench currently but can't help thinking Leicester will have the typical new manager bounce.

Im leaning Maddison and if he blanks he's gone.

I've had martinelli all year but Trossards form and Jesus back makes me think his minutes will get dicey. I'm thinking Saka Jesus and a arse def for the rest of the year.

Shaw is out. Ffs. I am fuming. This rage transfer was worst ever.
Doing minus 4 for same player in same GW would be daftest move ever. Right?

Always a risk to bring someone in before they've played their previous gameweek game. Just asks for the fantasy footy ghosts to ruck you up.
No Shaw v Everton at home is an absolute arsehole though. But at least a huge amount of players have the same issue now, as well as needing to bring Haaland back in.

I'll keep him for a bit, and just do Toney to Haaland.

Yeah, i am keeping him too. Not a fan of playing White vs Pool but oh well, damage is done. My biggest question for future is what to do with Bruno.
What is your plan with him? I don't want to keep 10mil worth defensive midfielder.
I guess that we all have Rashy, at least one Arse midfielder and one Brighton midfielder.

So Mahrez again? Grealish?

Surprisingly, White is the highest transferred in defender this week.
Think I'm going Botman, Trippier and Chilwell, with White on the bench. Doesn't seem a given for White at Anfield like you say.

I've not had Bruno for a long time. I've got De Gea, Shaw, Rashy. Will hold Shaw for now.

Haaland is the only City guy I'd trust right now.

Which ONE of these am I leaving out then? (Assuming a front 3 of Haaland, Kane, Watkins)

RASHY
MITOMA
MACALLISTER
MARTINELLI
SAKA

Quite the conundrum this one

So Haaland or Rashy Captain?
Still not sure if Haaland will start, so leaning towards Rashford at the moment. He always seems to score at Old Trafford this season.

McAllister or Martinelli.
Why is Rashford at home vs Everton even on that list?;)

You know what they say about early kick offs. Haaland, Watkins or Kane all good captain options instead.

Not having City players (except Haaland) annoys me. Their attacking players will always do something and there is always CS in their defenders. But dealing with Pep's experiments is just way too much for me.

Just realised you could have this team full of ‘M’s…

Martinez
Mings - Mee -Martinez
Martinelli - Mitoma - Mac Allister - March - Maddison
Mitro - Mbeumo

If you’d had them from the start and perma capped Martinelli you’d have 1344, which is crap, but still somehow impressive. You could call them M’n’Ms United.

They've hardly had a clean sheet all season, the feckers. Or at least not when I've been on them.

McAllister or Martinelli.

Just cos they're mids really. Absolutely no chance Rashy misses out.

Martinelli is who I currently have benched, but it feels riskier than the Mac.
