Foden is going to nark me right off one more time isn't he ?

Was fully set on binning him this week, now you have to think he starts on the weekend surely !

It's risk v reward. I need the differentials so I'm gonna have him. Might even Captain him because I'm a lunatic.

1 for me. I'm still not sold on Salah being back to anything like his best and even against a weak saints i wouldn't bet against Darwin taking some of his points. I got Robinson in for this week but would have gone TAA if I'd had the cash.

Damn, just realised KDB & Alvarez doesn't go to Foden and Haaland :wenger:

Might have to do Alvarez and Kane to Haaland and a 6.7m or lower striker.
That would at least save me from the insanity of losing KDB for a -4 :wenger:
Unless anyone has a better idea?

I wouldn't sell either for Darwin unless Wilson is likely to be out.

Tricky one though as it's the 1730 kick off so early team news unlikely to assist.

I do wonder how much the WC squad announcements will affect certain players this weekend, both those called up and those who somewhat surprisingly, aren't!

You might not need Haaland as Pep saying he's not 100%

Yeah, thinking on those lines as well and if both of them seem to be fit can just roll with them and get in a defender instead, as my third defender is Marc Guehi who would not get more than 6 points. Can upgrade him to Robertson for a week. Just feels weird to punt on a defender but could end up as the biggest upgrade in the team.

I'd just leave KDB in there, rather than blow beans to get Salah in.
Especially as that'd leave Alvarez in there.

I'll either do the Kane&Alvarez to Haaland (c) and lower striker, or hope Pep is a bit clearer on Haaland and risk not having him :wenger::nervous:
 
I am having my worst season, but might as well try and get a good score before the break!

I have 8.8 for a striker punt for just this gameweek. Any ideas on who I should punt on?

Punt you say? Maybe Richarlison? Sounds like he might be fit to start at the weekend.

Strikers are tricky at the moment especially for 8.8. Most of the best are playing hurt or have bad fixtures. Martial is supposed to play against Fulham but who knows if he starts or plays 90. Plus I have gotten burned with Martial before.

I am going to play 4-5-1 this week can you spend your available money on midfield or defence?

I believe we are on a wildcard after the weekend til the end of the World Cup, so you can rebuild your team over the next few weeks.

Thanks lads. I can only really upgrade Andreas for the week in midfield, so not much going on at that price that I don’t already have (5.8 or below)

I already have Kane, so don’t want to put too much in the Spurs basket. Jesus is probably the one, even though he is still so heavily owned!
 
So glad I did my transfers yesterday. Mitro went down and that would have prevented my transfer if I left it. Cucurella that cnut is out. I feel relief.

I'd go a, mostly because I've not had Almiron all season because I'm convinced he'll stop scoring next game. I do this every single season with at least one player - stubbornly refuse in the face of all available evidence to get him in for weeks and weeks. Occasionally I'll eventually cave and then they'll get injured. Like clockwork.

Any ideas? Thinking about getting a new goalie but also not sure who to leave on the bench? Last round Saka got points on my bench for example
 
Captain option this week could really catapult you up. So many good options.

Going for Rashford as a differential currently but not sure. Also got Bruno, Darwin, Haaland, Foden and KdB

Rashford, Saka, Martinelli, Zaha
Haaland, Wilson, Kane​

or a -4 and have this:

Sanchez

Garnacho, KDB, Martinelli, Zaha

Ideally wanted Salah but £0.1m away from it.

Depends on whether playing catch up but it’s hard not to captain Aha-land.
 
Ok lads. Sort of wished I'd left things alone last week in the end - as Zaha's massive haul and Haaland's 95th min goal basically left me neutral versus my changes.
But now I have no Haaland.

Assuming risking not having him is no sort of decision, which of these is the way to deal with it? (I have 3 City players so one of them has to be binned)


4 choices, all for -4
  1. Alvarez and Kane to Haaland and 6.7m (Solanke seems a hot choice for some inexplicable reason - and Martial is 6.7 dead...is that fate, or silly)
  2. Alvarez and KDB to Haaland and 7.7m mid (5.8 Almiron is the hot riser but hard game and has he done his wad? Would bank 1.9m but irrelevant due to the wildcard coming imminently)
  3. KDB and Nunez out, Haaland and a 10.5m mid in (Can't be City as would be keeping Alvarez)
  4. Cancelo and Nunez out, Haaland and defender up to 5.2m in (Can't be City as would keep Alvarez)

Basically it's like a what's the criticality scale to have this lot this week

Haaland, KDB, Cancelo, Nunez and Kane.

Big decision boys, needs the finest cafe brains :drool::wenger:
