I know he did, but I have seen the assist given to the one who passed him the ball in similar circumstances. They probably shouldn't but they have and the game needs to be consistent.

No official word on price changes during the World Cup, but the going opinion is they will frozen. Would be nice if the game made that clear.
FPL Focal tweeted a while back that they'd be frozen during the WC. Can't find the tweet but if you Google it, you'll see.
