Fantasy Premier League 22/23

22 points from the last 2 games for Henderson. Unreal. Was actually gonna transfer him out this week for Kepa or Raya, so glad I never bothered
Yeah he's now the highest scoring goalkeeper in the game actually. Pretty crazy.

Ok lads, let’s have a little prediction game.

Who scores more today…

1. Son, Bruno G, Jesus, Saliba and Botman

2. Mitrovic, Toney, Martinelli, Ramsdale and Trippier

1 or 2?
2

It's not an unnecessary risk - the times it does finally work, that being Salah/KdB/Whoever outscoring Haaalnd will heavily influence leaderboards. I donbt the overall winner/s will be a season long Haaland captainer (when he's nailed to start that is). It'll be the ones who fluked into the weeks where another elite went bonkers and he didn't.

fecking delighted at the end of Chelsea for many reasons..... mostly for my bench going from 16 to 5  (Kepa-Dalot)

Unless you’re insanely lucky and just happen to pick the right week, I don’t think it’s going to be the case this year. Haaland has had one week he didn’t have a return, against Liverpool away. Even in Salah’s peak, it wasn’t like this.

Two Leicester cleanies and Pereira assist on my bench while I only have two players in my XI who have got me points :(

Totally agree with this. It's easy to throw shade in hindsight but you're absolutely right in that the eventual winner will win the jackpot going against the grain in the right weeks. Wasn't the worse week to gamble either, especially when the team leaked early.
They might have weeks when they pick Toney over Mitrovic (or vice versa) and pick up 5-10 points on the pack… as that Spurs fan who won last year said.

But they won’t win if they’re not captaining Haaland, especially when he has good home fixtures and especially when the ownership is so high… this week alone cost Salah captainers 11 points, the GW v United was miles more.

The guy’s a freak playing in a superb team with half a dozen providers… Salah is humping the touchline in an aging Liverpool team. Awful decision.

Haaland’s got 40+ more than Kane who’s 2nd and about 50 on Toney who’s 3rd. You’d need to have a ridiculous number of freak selections to compensate for him.

Of cause Maddison scored, the blank and Maddison suspension cost me Maddison and KDB and they have both scored while Salah and Martinelli have done/ doing nothing

Toney in my team: 4 games, 0 goals, 0 assists. 0 team goals for Brentford (only 4 games they haven't scored in)
Toney not in my team: 8 games, 8 goals, 2 assists, 18 team goals

I might just keep him for the season just to see those cnuts get relegated without scoring another goal.

Andreas doing it again. On the bench.

Please Trippier pull out of the squad with something...

Stand up the Danny Ward loyalists (who also started him over 93rd minute busted 10pter Kepa!)

Andreas on the bench is hurting though. With zero chance of him coming on... it's Perisic doing something from bench or Guehl's nothing for me there.

52 with Trippier, Almerion and ^^ to come.

Am i the only naive idiot here who is waiting on Rashford week after week to do something?

5 blanks. My general rule of thumb is that after 3 blanks I'll be looking to move a player on. I guess the fixtures look good though..

I have Rashford - and that Everton goal still stings! - the offside assist the other day not so much. He's getting the chances and has a high ceiling, so I'm keeping him.

Jesus though.... but am I dropping when he's at home to Forest next?

This is me and Bailey. Everyone has their troll.

Ward and Andreas on my bench as well. Really needed that Castagne 12 pointer to soften the blow.

I benched Trippier for Wilson. What could go wrong...

Ward, Andreas and Castagne on my bench :wenger:

What's the reasoning behind leaving the 2 Leicester players on your bench? 1 I absolutely get... but both with a strong favoured clean sheet fixture.

Their away form mainly. No clean sheets, in fact no games with less than 2 conceded.

I know it's Wolves but it's also Danny Ward who loves conceding from low quality chances

Played Guiata (two straight away cleanies) and Gomez. 20 point swing. I'll pretend I played a part in dippers losing :wenger:

How many double weeks will be anyway? I am saving both TC and BB for double weeks but we will have only one double week, right?
