Quite content with this setup atm
Sanchez, Guaita
Shaw, Aarons, Williams, Lamptey, Ayling
KDB, Sancho, Raphina, Jota, Jorginho
Toney, Kane, Richarlison
No Salah, no Bruno, no Trent, RIP. Lets say Trent is going berserk at the beginning, how do you get him in with one transfer? You can't. Therefore there's another transfer or a 4/8 point hit having to be taken.
What's the reasoning to have KDB > Salah/Bruno? Salah has insane fixtures & is on penalties. Remember that fantasy football is about points, not about who the better players are necessarily.
Imo Jorginho is a waste of time too. He isn't a bargain & if Chelsea don't get (and score) a penalty then he's a 6.0m passenger.
Martinez
Dias Lamptey Trent Shaw
Salah Bissouma Buendia Raphinha
Kane Watkins
Sanchez Ayling smith rowe toney
thoughts?
I hope you aren't playing Bissouma over players like smith-rowe / toney. 4-4-2 statistically performs worse than 3-4-3 or 3-5-2 also. Apart from that, looks alright if you're happy with Kane > Bruno. If it was me I also would look at replacing Martinez with a 4.5. Yes he had great returns last season & everyone had him, because he was a bargain. Now at 5.5m, he isn't a bargain, Villa also have some nasty fixtures after GW3.
Hmmmmm....
Bachman / Foster
Chilwell / Digne / TAA (Ayling) (White)
Salah / Greenwood / Havertz / Buendia (Brownhill)
Watkins / Nacho / Antonio
£1.5m in the bank. Not bad actually. Can jump from Havertz to a City mid or Son with that kind of flexibility amongst other things.
People with Bruno, what weeks will you captain him?
Looks decent, unsure on the Chilwell pick unless you're planning on keeping him long term. Greenwood could be a good punt
if he starts the season > Sancho/Cavani, however I feel like there may be better options for players that are nailed on to play e.g. Raphinha, Harrison, Sarr amongst others (which also allows for 1.0/1.5m elsewhere).
Regarding the Bruno captaincy, I'm personally going to have Salah & Bruno and see what happens regarding form. I don't like to have an 'exact' plan at the beginning of the season, because things always go wrong. It's about being reactive in the best way possible in the early game weeks.
