Fantasy Premier League 2024/25

Are people planning on keeping/re-signing Mbeumo? I'm seeing it happening but Brentford have a nightmare run coming up that will last two months.

I think there are better options than Mbuemo with that run.

Am owning Wissa and plan to sell him after this or next GW. Am surprised to see his ownership still going up, even went up in price last night.

Btw, who would you guys bench out of Wissa, Pedro and Amad for this GW?
Currently Pedro on the bench.

On my radar to possibly bring back at some point. Can certainly find reasons to argue why some of the fixtures aren't as hard as they might look, at least if you go off the offical FDR thing. At home to City is rated a pink 4 currently, no way should it be for attackers right now. It's a 3 at the very worst, maybe a green 2.

You can chip away and find little positives like that.

He's 90 minutes every week and on pens. Can't say both those things about any of Bowen, Gordon, Luis Diaz, Jota and Maddsion at the same sort of price. Would rather have him than those guys right this second. Perhaps Jota emerges as the must have in the next few weeks once he gets his fitness up? Until that happens there's doubts on everyone in that bracket of player. Even if trying find positives in Mbeumo's fixtures they're still not great. The best of an unconvincing bunch for me.

GL!

Currently:

Sels
Van Dijk Gabriel Colwill
Salah Palmer Saka Amad
Isak Jackson Pedro

Tempted to move Rogers to Iwobi and move Pedro to the bench…

Contemplating Raul for Pedro but it feels like a trap, especially with the formers rotation risk.

I watched Brighton last week and didn't like the positions Pedro was taking up. At least with Raul you know he'll be occupying the CB's and could be he hauls from the bench if Muniz comes in (who I also would consider bringing in if I knew he was being given the start).

I'll be WC'ing in 19 and either would be warming the bench next week so it's effectively a one week punt!

Raya
TAA Gabriel Hall
Salah Palmer Saka Enzo Amad
Isak Wissa

Fabianski Pedro Greaves Ait-Nouri

Brought Amad in this week for Rogers. Plan to ship the useless Greaves and Ait-Nouri in next couple of weeks. Probably for Castagne/Andersen and maybe a Colwill/Kerkez type.

Decent momentum going last few weeks.

Guess I'm sticking with Cunha then for one last dance...

Fabianski
Hall Robinson Maz
Salah (c) Palmer Amad Mitoma
Haaland Cunha Evanilson

Verbruggen Rogers Kerkez Greaves

WC in GW19 when Unlimited Transfers start in GW20?

Thanks.

I don't think Jota is a must have between rotation and his propensity for being injured but he's looked great since he came back. Better than he did pre-injury

2 concerns
Does Maz start? If he does im golden, if he doesn't I have 2 defenders.
Could bring Robinson in for Ait Nouri as a failsafe but then who do I bench out of
Saliba, Hall, Maz and Rob.
Latter 2 both have good fixtures on paper.

Will probably leave Haaland alone.
And Cunha isn't banned so best leave him.

Wildcard at the last available week..2game weeks time?

I've benched Pedro for Raul after seeing him play worryingly deep in the 20 minutes I saw of their last match but every instinct I've had this year has been wrong

Similar team to you really.
Saliba in defence, Wood up front and Enzo the 3 differences.

Do we think Maz starts?
If I was sure he wouldn't I'd fob Ait Nouri off to Robinson and start.
Think I'll still do that transfer now for bench security but have to decide who to bench out of the defence 4.
Can't be Saliba...

I've decided to back Raul Jimenez this weekend against Saints instead of buying Aleksander Isak, cos I'm a fkn genius.

Let's see how that goes.

I think some of us have overlooked just how crap City have become, even with only 1 win in about 11 and a rancid United beating them away!
Pretty sure he hasn't been picking up much points recently either
