Why i picked Pickford for my no? He will not have many clean sheets, is he? Martinez is better choice i think
28 for 3 Everton, may have to swap out digne still but having Rodriguez and DCL is going to serve many well this week.
Is there any keeper you feel great about?
Last year we had Pope and Henderson that looked really good and many other keepers getting save points.
I am yet to pick up a single save point from 4 games from my keepers.
Not many pk saves either even if we got a few.
DCL & Rodriguez have played for me so far. The moment of truth coming up: Foden & Sterling (C) coming up against Leeds and they 're my differentials to most of my ML rivals.
I took a (-4) and took out Rashford for Sterling.

I am not sure Sterling is suited to be a 9 over the wings, but we will see how they play.
Completely agree, but did it only because it is Leeds and felt they might leave space behind for Sterling.
Yeah they might. Could be a fun game to watch with both sides going for it.
I hope De Bruyne gets the points, but guess if he gets one assist it will be Sterling who scores.
I didn't watch the league cup game, but it might give Sterling confidence having scored 2 goals.

34 points with 4 played and triple captain on DCL. Argh. Can’t catch a break. Should have vice captained James at least. Feck it. Every year around now I realise I’m terrible at FPL after agonising over my team for ages during the summer
Really hope Mahrez justifies picking him over James. I have triple Man City midfield, but De Bruyne and Foden seem to have lined up too deep for my liking.
I have three of the five Man City attackers, but the two I don't have combine to score.
Does anyone know why Lamptey was taken off at half time twice in a row? I want to wildcard him in but it's a bit off putting at the moment.

Well on course for a crap week myself - but i'll no doubt jam the first two you mention into my wildcard, and also Chelsea's pen boy.
Bin Saliba off a 27m signing there's talk of being loaned out abroad (!) before he slips down a 0.3m to 4.2, probably for Holding.
Anyone else we think is "essential" so far?

This half has justified my feeling that De bruyne is not involved enough and that Sterling might be the better pick.
Imagine thinking that after GW2 though. I’m on KDB captaincy for the second week in a row. I also have triple City with Foden and Mahrez so this is real disappointing so far. Hamez hauling will have hurt too.
In hindsight, maybe having two players from a team with no recognised striker was a mistake

I have those same City players too. Happy that I didn't Capt any of them. Mahrez is out next GW.
Neither performing at peak level yet. I have so many problems so need to stick with De Bruyne I think.
Although a hit for Bruno or Son once back might be worth it to free up some money too.

Same, nearly switched my captaincy as well.I’m largely fine with my team and have the moves I want to make to take advantage of fixtures mapped out, but at the moment I’m not really getting any of my reasonable decisions to pay off! At least I do have the 2 free transfers this week.
Two free transfers is good. Allow for more flexibility. Do you have Werner or not?
Just played my WC. Didn't 100% need it but I can't think of any better time to play it considering I'll keep Salah, TAA, DCL and KDB for the whole season and if one of them gets injured, replacing them is easy.

Bit dodge on the keepers, but will weigh up either Ings/Jiminez instead of Kane for more funds. Potentially either would see Brewster upgraded to Bamford too.

He's one of the few players I've banked a decent bit of value in

Why are you worried about Justin?? Goal and an assist so far.

Was probably looking at downgrading VVD (with Everton away) and Mahrez or Foden to Jorginho, to set up Salah or Mane for GW6.
Kdb captain again really disappointing. They look weak without a striker.
