Folks, I could really do with some advice here. Chasing my ML leader who is 3 points ahead of me. My team is:
Martinez
Azpi Dallas TAA (Coady Shaw)
Lingard Salah (C) Raphinha Son (Gundogan)
Antonio Kane DCL
His is:
Alisson
Rudiger Keane TAA (Aurier AWB)
Saka ESR Salah (C) Son (Rodriguez)
Iheanacho Kane DCL
I worry about his Alisson clean sheet (likely?) so have been pondering getting in Phillips for Shaw to counter that. But at the same time I do want to get Bamford in as I think he might do well against WBA (so do DCL-->Bamford). Any advice? The former move is obviously a defensive strategy, but there may be enough differentials in our teams already to overcome a -3? I worry that he might use his 1 FT to bring in Dallas / Bamford which would then put me on the backfoot. I don't think doing both Phillips + Bamford for a -4 hit is worth it at this stage.
Your team looks in better shape there. I'd be nervous to be your opponent.
Dallas, Antonio, Lingard, Raph are your trump cards.
Martinez probably covers his Keane, and Dallas covers his Allison.
I'd probably stick at DCL to Bamford, but expect him to do the same.
However, I think you'll see it through as 3 points is nothing.
