I have great Dunk memory from my best ever season.

I brought him in as a cheap enabler and he scored 2 goals in a row, but yeah it did not last though in terms of getting clean sheets.

Not had defender luck like that since then with goals.

Lamptey this season a pure nightmare though to have.

He'll place one in the onion bag tonight. No way will they not score against a Sheff U side without all their main defenders.
 
How are Liverpool winning and Salah not even have an assist :lol:

Yeah I think for me selling Bruno make most sense.

Liverpool got better fixtures than us and well City game might be another dull 0-0. City will be happy with 0-0 and Ole might be too crazy enough even though that pretty much secures the title for City.

Then get Bruno back and take out Son for when we play Spurs and hope we win that game or sell Salah before that.
 
Poor week so far due to Leicester. Now I got one game less with Barnes out and had to replace him for following weeks which messes up my plans. Kane with just 6 points in a 4-0 win, at triple captain, is also disappointing though not tragic and he has the second game.

It’s the defense saving me again with 22 points from Areola, Dias and Shaw. 55 points so far with still 9 more games + TC Kane. I was supposed to catch up big in my mini league this week though and only caught up 18 points so far..

Got to figure out my moves fast. I got £5.3m in the bank but the only high value player that’s looking good to me is KDB and I already have three City players...
 
Well that was an odd first round of the DGW.

Got a good haul Saturday and was thinking it could be 80-90 after today then Bruno, Rashford and Barnes get 7 between them and Barnes injured.

My 4 defenders comfortably outscored my midfield 5 and my 2 forwards weren't far behind.

71 with 14 games to play (13 presuming Barnes out).

Pickford left, then round 2. Ding ding...
 
No idea why I still have Salah. Just stinks up the place again and again. And then you look at upcoming Pool fixtures and they all seem to be easy where Salah can get some points.
Bruno blank, Salah blank, Bamford blank and Lookman experiment massively failed. Left with DCL and Pickford to play in round 1 and then next round starts.

On paper a good choice.. I saw their fixture list and thought he'd be decent (most of the top teams around me in my league have him) but I don't pick Liverpool players
 
Pleasantly surprised to see I've snuck into the top 20k this morning. Salah and Fernandes (and probably Barnes too) blanking helped me there I'm sure. I think an Everton clean sheet tonight will send me tumbling down, plus having not captained DCL, a haul from him would hurt too.

Assuming you have DCL (just haven’t captained him) you’ll get a rank increase if he does well. His effective ownership around the top 10k is less than 100% I think.

Ah nice! To be honest it's more for my sanity :lol: I had my TC on DCL most of last week, but went for the 'safer' option in Kane.
 
Bench boost turning out golden so far, a lot good points in already and up on every league I am taking part of :D
 
So much talk of people selling Bruno. Absolutely barmy move in my opinion, considering we’ve not exactly played great all season and yet he’s still on fire in fpl.

Yeah if that pen is rightly given yesterday he's probably sitting on 11 points (3 bonus).

If a big name needs to be sold, it should be Salah. For 12.3M, he blanks like hell.

Hope they do. Sick of losing rank every time he scores despite owning him.
 
I’ve fallen drastically this past 4/5 weeks about 150 points off the top guy now seem to have a decent team but just always blanking. These double game weeks have really been my downfall.
 
I had always planned to free hit in GW29, but now if I bring in Bale I've already got 7 players (1 Villa, 3 Leeds, 3 Spurs) so I could just save it for a rainy day...anyone know if there is going to be any other substantial blank GW's?

Spurs and City blank in the week they play carabao. Use it then
 
feck. Needed McCarthy to play. Forster is competent, so reduces the chances for a DCL haul.
 
I really need something big from Digne. He is the only solid differential left for me right now with Barnes sadly out.

2 clean sheets and 1 ass would do I guess or 1 clean 2 ass.

It has been a disaster start, but I can't help feel the damage could get much worse before this week is over.
I really just wish this week can end so I can make some agressive transfers.
