I need Jesse to do some stuff tomorrow, and I might, just might, make up one more position. Currently on 70 before bonus points and the guy I'm chasing is on 44 with De Gea. I really want him to get the glove too

8 points is still absolutely shit for a triple captain. Was expecting around 20 from Kane.
It is indeed, by all means. For me it was kind of great though, with above story in mind. I was 150 points up on this fecker over Christmas, before this round it was tied. Thank god Sterling didn’t play today
I triple captained him in his other DGW midseason. He didn't score at all, only started one of the matches and provided just an assist.

Until Harry finally pulled his finger out, that was a DGW without a goal, assist or clean sheet from any of the alleged professional footballers I put my trust in this week. A truly stunning performance.
I also considered him for a second but instead dismissed the idea in favour of Kane or Jesus. At least I didn't put it on Jesus thank feck!
Used my Bench Boost and decided to captain Hazard, couldn't believe he was benched tonight. 103 points(-4) with Masuaku and Rashers to go, hopefully.

This dgw has cut down my lead by 30-40 points. Still have a healthy 75 point lead in one group and 45 in the other. My gameplan backfired spectacularly. I wanted to make my team as similar as possible to my closest rivals. I ended up going against my instincts on several players. Disappointing end to the season.

Who will people be captaining in the final gw38 and why? Thought I'd do Kane, but he was absolutely terrible last night, so more tempted on Salah - Pool still need to not lose.
Hasn't it been the most ridiculous fantasy season? I think mine went wrong when I backed Kane from the start of the season, only for him not to turn up until September, the lack of returns and constraints on my budget left me 50 odd points adrift of some, which I've never really made up..what a shambles of a season.
17 points from Sane was nice. What let down from Jesus and Sterling though.

I took a gamble and transferred Salah out this week, replaced him with Sane, so that's worked out pretty good so far.

Damn I'd hate to be in a race that close on the final week as you know it'll probably come down to someone not starting or being left out of the squad entirely that swings it. Scores are historically all over the shop on that final day too. Total lottery.

I'm doing that also. In my main ML I'm 209 points ahead of number two so that's wrapped up. On another league that I wasn't really focusing on, I'm 45 points behind the top spot but he has a similar team to mine but not Zaha so might as well throw a hail mary!
A 0-0 in tonight's game would bank me 3 clean sheets to put me back at the top of my work league, not that it is going to happen of course!
I will transfer Hazard out for Salah for Gw38, whom I will TC. No brainer.
