Van Velzen grew into that half. As he does most matches - he has a good run and his confidence just seems to swell and then he always wants the ball. Looks a player sometimes, needs to sort out his end product sometimes though
 
Good stuff, more of the same please. Morrison's balance is something else as well.
 
Easy to see why Ajax were pissed with losing Van Velzen. Good half from him, Cole and of course Morrison. Pogba and Tunnicliffe have been unusually quiet, hope for a big second half from them.

Lalkovic shot got a slight deflection but good save from Johnstone
 
United almost had another there but a good ball into the box by Van Velzen was scrabled clear by Chelsea. Pogba with a free about 5 yards outside the box now, hits the wall almost indirectly putting Keane through but his touch lets him down.

Chelsea showing a lot more intent 2nd half (as they well need to). Wonder if McGuinness has decided holding and hitting them on the counter will be more effective this half.
