FA Premier League 21/02/25 - 23/02/25

Fulham, Brighton and Brentford are all prone to going on stinky runs so there's still a decent chance that any of us could finish top 10.
I don’t disagree. However, we’ve yet to come out of a stinky run that started in Feb last year. Obv Everton could revert to their Dyche form and drop off, as could Spurs.

EDIT: I’ve been optimistic so many times with this team under ETH and now Amorim, but they’ve delivered so many abject performances that it’s getting harder. I want to believe we’ll finish top half but there’s nothing in our form to substantiate that.

Whenever I see a Thomas Frank interview he’ll bring up Damsgaard unprompted, can tell he loves him

I thought Amorim was dealt a very bad hand with that squad but there's no excuses for finishing 16th in the league.
Can United even afford another sacking ?

Can't really be arguing that he needs time to implement his ideas and the players are poor when you are getting mullered by a worse team with an ostensibly worse manager who has had much less time to implement his ideas.

Sorry but there's no excuses for Amorim. Out of all post-Fergie managers he might well be the worst. You can't even see what he's building towards which may have bought him some time.

Another dud.

Don't even think you need time to implement ideas to beat United. Just need to give 100% and you're halfway there.

Oppos' views on Amorim are... Well exactly what I'd imagine they'd be.

The squad he was handed to begin with was absolutely shit. The one he actually gets to work with these days is depleted by injuries and is terrible.

Moyes doesn't have ideas. It's very basic stuff, that is easy to get players onboard, but with a massively limited ceiling.

Bournemouth could be about to get a red card, after yellow overturned by VAR. Ref gone to monitor. Down to ten men.

Probably another match where Arsenal will get a late winner.

Cunha is fantastic, will be some signing for whoever gets him in the summer.

AWB playing better than all our WBs combined.
