FA Cup 24/25 | 4th round: 7th-11th February

Looked like Schar was trying shoulder/nudge Stansfield and ends up getting his shirt tugged forcing him into the hoardings. No sympathy.

"Ended up getting his shirt tugged" is such a weird justification. You can use the passive tense all you like, but Stanfield pulled him backward into the hoardings.

Comms talking about Birmingham players being lucky not to receive yellow cards and they are right with the Davies one. But Miley's tackle was shit and the ref didn't warn him or want to give a foul.

Dykes looks like Victor Lindelof after a spell inside.

I was going to use a different word, but it would probably end up being quoted in a different thread.

Schar still went to push/shoulder Stansfield off the pitch who would have ended up in the same hoardings and ended up coming off worse.

Give me games like that Birmingham Newcastle game over any CL/World Cup/Euros game. Absolutely classic stuff.

Missed both goals as waiting for pizzas to be delivered, been waiting for ages rang them twice, so hungry and very p*ssed off.
I’m currently waiting for a Chinese and they delivered it to the wrong house!

I’m fuming and starting to fall asleep.

Poor challenge from Veltman, but he must have healing hands. Picked Cucurella up and he was immediately healed.

Chelsea really are just City clones. Maresca has based his coaching reputation on copying someone else’s work. It is on a par with someone copying Harry Potter and then claiming to have written it.

A few years ago at this stage I think. If it hits the hand of the goal scorer at all, the goal is chalked off.

If a player handles it accidentally and passes it to another who scores the goal is allowed.
Ah fair enough, was accidental from Lamptey, Mitoma though VAR would have looked at that for some time.

Duncan Watmore was the one vs Boro, handled it and set a player up to score, Anthony Taylor and VAR decided let it go.
