FA Cup 24/25 | 5th round: 1st March

Hard luck for him considering he left Porto very late in the mid season window to join the side with 130 charges over their heads for cheating in search of success.

No argument from me there.

That's a pretty beautiful welcome to England for a high profile multi million pound exotic signing. 4th round of the cup in the pissing rain on a bumpy pitch at Leyton Orient, dispossessed, sat on by a journeyman pro while the oppo pop his lost ball in to the net from 50 yards out. He's subbed off.

Obviously, in an ideal world, Orient go on to win and Nico is never heard of again.

Yeah, that would be wonderful.

delighted for city who can now continue to push for trophies and upend the cartel. feck you leyton orient, youre part of it all

The mid fifties city fan giving it the big double wankers sign and shouting ‘Feck you’ to the Orient fans.

Good one pal, you’ve snatched a 2-1 win against a league one side with an almost full strength squad. Solid stuff.

Should have won that more comfortably but our front 3 being a little greedy. Only scoring 2 (1 of them a mad deflection) from an XG of 4 is quite poor up top and shows why Erling is so important.
Credit to Orient, outworked us but the divide in quality was too much to overcome.

Is Ben Winterburn of Bournemouth, son of Nigel? Wikipedia has no mention so I assume not

It’s hard to dislike Moyes even though he’s a blue and an ex manc. Seems ok

Bournemouth awarded penalty against Everton. Semenyo to take. 1-0.

Fulham lead at Wigan. Muniz. Fulham goal is an og, from Luke Robinson. Apparently it is Muniz's goal.
