F1 2022 Season

Great racing. These two will easily eclipse max vs lewis

Plenty of criticism of this course and whether it should go ahead but some of the camera angles during this race were absolutely phenomenal.

The cars this year are looking really good for better racing. The regulations are working to keep cars closer throughout the field - it's great.

Anything else left to complain for Max?

Well done Ross Brawn for being instrumental in the regulation changes that are giving us fans of F1 much more close racing. At least in the first 2 races anyway.

Hammy with a stunning point though!! What a recovery.

Fantastic last couple of laps. Did the YF save Max on lap 49? Felt Leclerc had him in his sights for a moment.

Max is like the kid in the local aecade who can beat anyone but barely avoids getting beaten up because of his whining trash talking.

Leclerc seems like a good driver and decent bloke.

Max for all his whining is very good tbf.

Fun race, that. New regs looking pretty solid early on.

Hammy with a stunning point though!! What a recovery.

Really wasn't. It was retirements. Whatever they did to that car neutered him.

LeClerc should have won that. Or Checo. I don't dislike Max but he does a good job making people try

Managed to catch the last 10 laps on someone else's paywall account. Exciting stuff. Why did Max say something was unfair? What was

The lack of self awareness from Max is astounding, I can see how he gets the bulk of his fans (not the normal ones)

But what a great battle and he should himself more than capable of the task today. Going to be an exciting season.

Hopefully this thread will be even more epic.

That was a mature drive by Max (Not including the radio comms). Took his time and chose a great moment to attack. Decent race that. Love the regs change that ensures such close racing

Where did it go wrong for Leclerc? He was like 1.7s ahead at some point.
