F1 2022 Season

Russell is desperate to get something he doesn't deserve.

if they’re going to pit surely they do it with like 15 to go? not leave it until 10

While Russell was smart enough to let Sainz go, Perez defended for too long has shot his tyres

I’m lost for words with that pit stop It’s one of the most idiotic things I’ve seen watching this sport, he had the fecking grip on Perez and would of pulled out by 5 seconds:mad:

Seemed so. Only sensible if the data categorically said they couldn’t have made it to the end without it blowing.

I’m guessing Ferrari were worried about Sainz staying out on those tyres after the Le Clerc crash but fecking hell it was a horrible decision.

Yeah the timing was all wrong though, should have pitted well before while closing in on Perez

The only possible justification is that they thought it was close to 100% probability that tyres would have dropped off so much to risk finishing, and even then they should have pit sooner.

Surely no need for pit with just 3 laps to go?
