If Lewis can't overtake when he's right behind Leclerc and with DRS on the main straight, he'll never do it.

Hamilton doesn't have enough time to catch up if he puts again. He'll probably wait until the last lap to pit for the fastest lap.
He has no chance at 2nd anyway, pit him and pray for an SC or just get the FL
but he want get second , Bottas is faster , I would pit and let him fly, for 8 laps.
Hamilton messing up might actually help Mercedes overall. The longer things went on, the less likely he could get past. And I couldn't see him letting Bottas past to have a shot with his fresher tyres.
