Good race so far and hope the rain coming to top it off.

I guess so, I do think a VSC would have sufficed but given how long it's taking them to clear it maybe not.
I think Hamilton would've taken the lead with a VSC anyway. Not sure how much Vettel would've gained with a VSC.

But also more generally, directors do need to take in consideration that onboards are 1 sec behind trackside, and probably only cut back when a duel is momentarily concluded.
