Not sure they are that bad, Lewis is controlling the race , setting a very slow pace.
You have to ask , why did they put the mediums on and not the hards

Lewis does not have a great deal of choice, Pit finish 5th , stay out and win or not even finnish.
Why , for all his moaning he is doing an excellent job.
It needs a couple of long straights minimum. The track's a joke. They probably need a bridge across the harbour or something.
The only thing that's given this race a smidgen of interest is Hamilton's tyre "issue", which is probably not really an issue and is just the usual artificial drama...

Lewis's tyre issues are very real, they are shot, like him or not and yes he moans far to feckig much , but he is managing his car extremely well , which like it or not and I dont , is more apart of F1 then pure speed.

I dont like F1 racing like this, but Lewis has drove fantastic with that set of mediums , they said they should have only lasted 48 ish laps, he has taken them way past that.

I've never minded Hamilton but this race he proper annoyed me, or rather the F1 coverage, trying to create drama and excitement where there isn't any. 1 hour constant moaning about tires when it's perfectly clear it won't be a problem. You'd think his were the only ones worn out and the rest were great. Verstappen had 1 literal try the whole race and it was a desperate lunge.
I dunno, think he could've taken seconds off his lap times and still stayed ahead. Pointless race really.
He was comfortably ahead at the only places remotely suited for overtaking, always faster out of corners and in straights, where he needed to be.
