It's impossible that Switzerland isn't even top 2. No way.
You do need a bit of jury though. I don't actually know when this was introduced, but in the jury-less 90s, a huge part of points given seemed to be purely about being neighbours, friends, or rivals.
The jury vote should be weighted less though. The discrepancy between their preferences and what the audience loves is too big, and this is an audience show more than a jury show.
Although audiences are so far agreeing quite a bit about the bottom half of the table at least.
