Television Entourage

The current season has been very poor.Been more like a typical Hollywood romantic comedy.

It was ok. Vince banging a girl for one second being the high point. Interesting turn of event for Ari and Lloyd. Turtle find out who broke in.

Not enough Ari last night, I want to see Ashley go crazy next episode

E needs to give his assistant the beef injection. Turtle needs to do likewise with soriority coed.

I thought it was a good episode. That was hilarious when Vince was banging that chick on float in the pool.

Eric seems determined to get Sloan, more Sloan = AWESOME

Didn't like the latest ep, except for the Ari bits.

It was a good finale, should get things really going next year

Yeah it was a great ending to an otherwise disappointing season.

I mean, the only real plot of significance happened in the last 2 episodes.

Matt Damon was hilarious, especially after the credits rolled.

I think the problem with Season 6 was that they tried to develop too many plots in too few episodes. I mean, in previous seasons it always revolved around Vince going after a part and having trouble getting it and what not, and generally in the background you'd have small shit going on with Ari Johnny and E and Turtle, but they were always small sub plots.

This season they obviously tried a new approach as the "Vince trying to get part, failing, then going for another part, oh shit something happened, go to the director, crazy last minute rush, holy shit it's Martin Scorscese, Vince got the part" thing was obviously getting a bit stale after 5 seasons. So they brought Johnny D, Turtle, Lloyd, Ari and especially E right to the forefront as Vince took a bit of a backseat in proceedings. The problem was...

They only had 12 episodes, each one 30 minutes (apart from the finale) long, which wasn't enough time to develop the huge magnitude of plots going on, such as E with Ashley/Sloan, Turtle and Jamie, Johnny Drama and his network, Andrew Klein going crazy etc.

I think the best example was the plot with the stalker. It started well and could have developed into something good, I mean, Vince having a crazy feck of a guy after him would've been great, or something like that, but instead they went "oh shit, we've 3 episodes left to wrap everything up in an epic fashion, uh ... oh yeah, Turtle is in college now, let's just say these sorority goals stole his underpants as a dare, brilliant, plot done, let's move on"

Looking forward to watching the finale tonight.

All in all I think the two last seasons have been decent, but nothing more.

Less Turtle and E please and back to what made it good:

1. The guys living the life we all want to live - more women, more drugs, more alchohol, more parties, more money.

2. Ari speaking.

Just started watching this recently and got through 5 seasons in about 2 weeks. Its bloody brilliant!!
