We remain favourites so i'll take that.

Brook will worry the Aussies as another half hour of him and he'll score at a real rate.

England should be decent favourites from here. Quite a decent tail for England too with Woakes and Broad, with Wood and Robinson not being the biggest bunnies in the world. Not that I want to see that tested.

I suspect Brook will get short stuff post lunch, so he just needs to play through it and see England home.

Yeah they can all bat I just don't want that

Think Cummins waited too long to get Murphy into the game, very little margin for the spinner now.

This has been an extremely interesting series. We could easily be 2-0 up, but if the next session goes badly, we could quite easily be 3-0 down.

Yeah, just have to hope there is still time to right the wrongs of first two tests

Ok morning, as usual with England it could have been better, but then it also could have been much much worse

As the target gets closer Australia will strain even harder so England really just need to let the game come to them. I know they won’t though.

Also every time WinViz comes on I feel like they take a wicket, it’s a load of absolute shite please stop using made up numbers.

The pitch hasn't broken up that much but there's no question that Lyon would be well into the action and you would be fairly certain that he wouldn't be wicketless.

It's not really being mentioned enough on the comms how much of a loss that is for Australia.

I think it'll be wrapped up in an hour after lunch. Might lose a couple more wickets but blast the way to the target. The only way this is lost is if the batsmen are bogged down and the scoreboard stops moving but I can't see that happening. Starc is going to be used to try and produce his fiery wicket taking yorker balls but in the process he'll also bowl some wide filth and there's not enough runs on the board to defend now for it not to eat away at them.

Yes I am - that was my marker
Have to be, less then 100 with 6 wickets in hand at home should do it 99/100, with Stokes who is arguably the best batsman in the world under pressure no reason why England should blow it from here.

Looks like he walked too far over off stump and cramped himself for room
