I'm only just watching this, the suns out and everyone is sunbathing in the Roman garden outside, there's a beer garden about 5 metres away, and I'm inside watching England. Only the fact I consider it a must win game keeps me here must be said. Would be nice if Sri Lanka collapsed early but doesn't look like that's happening...

No, I don't think you are.

I reckon Sri Lanka will win if they get like 220.

Do any of the mods actually come in this forum though? Most seem to despise cricket! Sults is oft in here, but he doesn't strike me as the banning type. If I punched him in the face he'd probably buy me dinner and pay for my taxi home to show no hard feelings...

That's ace - never found anything that streams like that without having to sign up & install software! Nice one, this afternoon's work suddenly looks a lot more fun...

ok, i've deleted my post, if anyone wants a live link to the game, just pm me

You're allowed to post links.

I think it's only for Premiership matches you can't.

this is the strangest game of cricket ive seen in a while....

i can still see the sri lanka innings going either way

I can see them getting 250, and us spooning it in response

In fact, I can't see much else happening

In fact, I can't see anything happening full stop, it crashed, and I persuaded Poisson to remove the link...as it turned out for no reason

Bugger...

if we get jayawardana(sp?) out within the next 5 overs, i reckon we can limit sri lanka's runs to about 200.

He was set and starting to score more fluently

He was set about 20 bloody overs before he got out, and he still only added around 30 in that time! Two boundaries I think he managed

Still, they haven't exactly accelerated since...

Damn - mine's crashed now.

"Windows Media Player cannot play the file because a network error occurred. The server might not be available (for example, the server is busy or not online) or you might not be connected the network."

Any ideas anyone?

No, mine's doing the same thing

Er, cos he stopped scoring runs, Vanthe

The way Sri Lanka are playing this is making me suspicious. Risky, but does anyone think they might be trying to knock South Africa out? Hopefully it's nothing darker than that. Perhaps England are just bowling extremely well. Sad, but to some extent Cricket has become the new Athletics
