If you search for injunction celebs you can find info too, doesn't make it not libelous.

I get that laughing smilies are traditional on the caf, but they mightn't be viewed too kindly as a response to the issue in the unlikely even that this goes to court

All I'm saying is that I have family in libel law, it's well known that laughing and joking about potential libel can be viewed very dimly by the people who have potentially been libelled and usually increases the chances they will take legal action. But I'll take your word that you were not aware.

I wasn't laughing at anyone being libelled, I was laughing at eejits worrying about libel whilst quoting it verbatim, and then instead of deleting the posts, editing them to highlight where libel was quoted.
Have a bit of wit and delete your fecking posts if you're worried about it.
