So that's why he thinks he wins elections. Reminds me of the salesman from Monty Python's matress skit who keeps multiplying every number by ten.
Not in a criminal case yet. I will only believe it on the day when we will see Trump getting escorted by US Marshals to a prison in the same shameful manner that Park Geun-hye was arrested after losing her case to the South Korean prosecution.
This may be the first time I have seen him actually acknowledge that he isn’t president.

Nah, no way. 2 of the 3 11th court judges were his appointees. Maybe Thomas and Alito, but even that would shock me.

one year. I think I know what the "experts" would recommend.
The Special Master and the retired magistrate looking at the money they will charge in working fees for Trump to pay now.
Sadly, the Special Master isn't charging Trump due to still being an active Federal Judge. So basically, the taxpayers are yet again paying for Trump.
I do hope it was just a token gesture to appease Trump and keep him from complaining too hard that everything else isn't going his way. Especially after demanding and picking the Special Master himself.
