He just hired moron attorneys who couldn't file in PACER properly. Seeing him go pro se would be incredible. The judge the case was assigned to is one of his own appointees, of course, who is bananas.
Curious angle here is… He took mountains of stuff. It was like pulling teeth getting them back. It seems like he was snitched on from inside. But the question ought to be about motivation. Why go to all this trouble; why be so tenacious? Was he just sentimental about top secret stuff? Was he being paid or extorted to get/keep it? Was he trying to blackmail someone? Did these documents contain material that could incriminate him or others? In other words, is there a whole other layer to this volcano?
Without a doubt there’s another layer.
