Does the weekly spawn less enemies solo or something?

I was fine soloing it last night, but now I picked up a couple of 20s to come do it, it seems tougher. Maybe its because im not concentrating as much listening to voice audio and having to res them every few seconds

But maybe its actually tougher? I dont know
 
Ok, so I checked online and it appears the highest you can level up without doing the raid is level 29. Doing the raid can get you up to level 30. No doubt this level cap will be raised with DLC coming in December. No chance I can do the raid, so I may move on from this game soon and come back when the DLC hits.
 
Ended up getting this recently so only really started playing today. I regret getting the beta though. Have to redo all the level 1-8 stuff is annoying as I did it like twice in the beta, and now I picked Titan at first, but then changed my mind at level 5 and picked warlock. So I have to do that again. It doesn't take all that long tbf but it's tedious.
 
On the first boss of Vault of Glass, tried it for the first time. We got him about 50% but we tended to get enrage meaning we werent doing it fast enough. Not enough organisation, was cool to get some experience in the raid though. Next time hopefully we'll kill him.
 
The reaction was based on people hyping the game up as more than just a very good game. I think Bungee made some promises they didnt keep as well, like the planets being fully explorable, but if you go too far out the game kills you

Having ignored the hype and only preordering 2 days before it came out, then rating it normally I'd say its like 7-8/10 but its extremely addictive to anyone used to mmo elements, farming and repeating a mission etc. because you feel like you want to upgrade your gear and while its not quick, you do make progress a lot faster than MMOs.

Like I'm full legendaries and exotics in every slot and the game has been out what a week and a half? And im behind a bunch of people
 
Lads I need to level up, struggling for good drops, any ideas on places to farm. I'm just under level 23

Its pretty stupid all right.
The sound of it charging up can make it easier to avoid, if your close enough to hear obviously.

They should just change it so it leaves you with a sliver of health. Like the plasma pistol in halo.
I guess people would just switch to an auto rifle and finish you off anyway though.
 
I managed to finally get a cloak for my Hunter last night. Got up to 15 as well, a little ways off 16 now. Hopefully i can work my way to 17 tonight too which would be super awesome.
 
Found the cave, got so many greens and about 5 blues in about 15mins. Still got nothing to write home about. I'll stick at it tomorrow
 
That cave is useful up until a point, but once you have all high lvl blues and need legendaries/exotics you're better off just getting the marks/rep and buying them... at least then you are guaranteed a legendary/exotic... rather that getting your hopes up and having them dashed over and over again :lol:, I guess you level up the crypto guy quickly though...

I find that cave boring as fcuk, but the carrot of that potential legendary keeps my coming back every now and again...

Yeah I got very bored but I'm desperate for high level blues, I'm nearly level 23 and every blue I get now a days is lower than I've got. All my mates are getting on the 'raid' now, but as I'm still on 22 I can't get in it so I have to resort to the cave. Shit way of doing it, but with everyone else getting legendary engrams now.
Another thing, what does it mean when I get crypto level 3?

You get a reward of a few engrams i think. Might be level 4. Or both
 
So how many if you are 26 and higher? I'd love to beat the raid with the Caf instead of some snotty nosed kids whom I don't know! Haha
