Nah it's fine, I've taken it out as it crops up in Vanguard strikes pretty often anyway.

Strikes and public events are pretty much the only way to get those... Don't think you can get them any other way.

It's difficult to work out exactly what wasn't working there. We were pretty close, but maybe we were guilty of trying to force it a bit. I know I maybe occasionally tried to do a little bit too much, or tried to do something a bit too quickly, rather than just making sure.
Yeah, it was bizarre. I need something better than AEp to try and take out the Praetorian as often it takes too long and end up getting whacked in the face.

congrats! Getting from 20 to 26 will be a slog but after that it gets easier and you start to accumulate better weapons and stuff too

Did a couple of Vanguard Tiger strikes with randoms, which was fun. Seemed to breeze through them too which was great. Enjoying myself with the game again now too.

I'm so close to 28 then I really need to get Raiding, one more level on a piece of armour should do it, just getting shards hasn't been kind recently.
YES! Vanguard level went up, got a Shard and a Legendary heavy in the package, the last spot that didn't have a legendary or exotic in, about time.
Nice, I'm going to go just do patrol missions to get this bounty so I can get to level 20, basically right there just need a tiny bit more. I'll rejoin in a few when I get it.

Yep, feel like i know how to progress properly now and what i need to do. Plus being 26 means i can do things like the Tiger strikes with relative ease which gives marks obviously but also engrams which are a cool bonus (got 2 strange coins and a mote of light which are always handy)
