Day 6 | Croatia vs Albania | Germany vs Hungary | Scotland vs Switzerland

They do, unless a country has green in its flag or something. For Germany there is no real logic for a green away kit.
There actually is one.

After WWII, red, black and white were a total no-no, so the DFB chose a neutral, much less charged color design: green and white which are the colors of a football pitch.

I've read that it was due to the DFBs logo having green in. Not very imaginative and no reason to stand by it as some kind of tradition.

If anything they should just do the inverse of their home kit for the away one or at a stretch black and gold.

Hungary insist on not playing the hero, which is why they lose

Havertz hasn't been bad and he's useful in the air, but Mittelstadt is getting so much room to hit crosses that I wonder if Fullkrug will come on early in the 2nd half.

Glad to see that Neuer's arm is in top shape again.

We've been okay, compared to the Switzerland game at least, though the Germans have taken firm control in the last ten minutes or so.

Shame about the stupid goal. Also about the offside rule. They should have just turned it off for the last minute.

That's a very subjective matter, and the choice weighs a lot considering the historic reasons behind it.

That's your opinion and nothing else.
