Ditto the front three is one paced so no threat on the break, midfield can't control the tempo and there are no combinations to talk of. England just can't circulate the ball under a bit of pressure. They advance because they have better players not because they are a better team.
It takes a real special talent from Southgate to have a squad with that much quality playing so bad. Hats off to him.
