I'm really not that suprised how this match currently stands, however I originally didn't think much of the prospect that is a World Cup Final between both England and Belgium. Though since the knock-out rounds started I have tipped both teams to progress to it.

Plenty of people are more rational than that, and have decided not to attend the WC for these reasons. I know several such people personally.
