Day 2: Wales vs Switzerland | Denmark vs Finland | Belgium vs Russia

Can't wait for people to interpret all kinds of things into that error by Schmeichel.

Fair play to the players for a muted celebration. Must feel odd given the circumstances.

Madness when you see the saves he made against Chelsea, and then he lets that in. Clearly his head isn't quite there.

Seeing someone almost die is pretty hard hitting. It wouldn't surprise me if he doesn't have the same level of concentration etc. because of it.

I mean a mistake is just a mistake guys. There's no way of knowing if today had any bearing on it whatsoever.

Why do they keep mentioning the pace of Puuki, he's not even fast?

The BBC are apparently getting slaughtered on social media for how they've handled the whole thing. They can't control the images, but they can control what they show and they've been absolutely appalling with what they decided to show, which was literally everything.

It reminded me of the film Nightcrawler - taking in every grisly detail and making sure any potential scoop isn't missed. What they've done is inexcusable - it was apparent almost immediately that something was very wrong and should not be for public consumption.
Rightly so, some of the things I have heard sound like they should be exaggerated, like the defrib or zooming right into his face, but yet no one has denied them posts. You have to question the person who held off cutting from the match for so long.

Everyone chatting about how evil UEFA are for looking at continuing the game.

These guys are monsters. They're professional athletes and they are a different breed. So committed. They live, eat, drink football. They're also human and naturally will be shook but it doesn't surprise me that they want to play on.

Courageous boys.

It's a good header bouncing off the ground from close in. It was close to Schmeichel but that's just a hard save to read, that's it.

The left back got caught ball watching. There would have been dog's abuse here had it been Lindelöf.
